I was thinking the signal on my TX16s was just telemetry but get nervous at 1 bar. Makes me feel alot better about flying my planes farther away now with my spektrum Rxs. Thanks for the video!
I hardly have any Spektrum stuff left (just a couple of really nice Admiral full telemetry glider setups), but love tests like this so much. Totally watching this whole thing, even if I have to watch it like a mini-series 🍻😄
That was a much better test. Looking at our field using Google Maps and checking the distance with its measuring tool, I don’t think we ever fly further than 1/4 of a mile away. I do get some frame losses, but never any holds. Frame losses aren’t a problem until they turn into holds. I trust my Spektrum transmitters more than my TX16S because of their dual diversity antennas. However, I have flown further away using the TX16S, a FrSky XSR receiver, and a ZOHD Kopilot Lite in a ZOHD Dart 250G with FPV.
Amazing you videos amazed me when i stumbled upon it do you know if could make a follow up video on your video about your air powered car project on how to make it
Wow, those are old videos of the air car! First two videos I uploaded to RUclips. My son who made it finished college and is successful now. Funny thing, I don't get rid of much and actually still have the old air car in the back yard. It's in pretty rough shape but I was actually considering doing a "where is it now" sort of video on it and perhaps clean it up and make it run again. I appreciate the comment and for the inspiration!
Video editing, haha. While editing trying to "trim the fat" I'll delete the dead air to keep things moving. Still ended up with a video over an hour. 🤣

Thank you for this. I know this took a ton of time and i really an grateful to have this information
I appreciate the time and effort you put into these videos and especially this video. Thank you Shane.
I am amazed at how effort you did. Great job !
appreciate your commitment and attention to detail brother. thanks for taking the time!
Excellent test. I got a TX16s 4in1 internal. and so far, as far a line of sight, no problems with signal loss. thank you for this info.

it’s alright i’m sure people would love to see it and i wonder about a concept that was done before about a car that runs on water
You got to tell us what the secret is to talk so fast. :)

I just realized you might be referring to the fast forwarded sections 😂
