I was watching an old video of yours and you mentioned living in the city, and how you can't wait to have a place in the forest - congratulations! Excellent video as well. The squirrels and birds together in all that moss was amazing.
Went today on my first wildlife shooting trip...a little bit of fighting with lens and camera at first but it feels just as amazing as it looks from your footage that inspired me to do it
Jag ska fota kungsfiskare igen. Har varit där flera veckor i rad och försöker få till en speciell bild. Så jag kämpar på plus att jag är halvt besatt av dem :D @@ollenilssonen
So good to see you in your element at your dream house! Congratz once again, and can't wait to visit some time! So cool to see the squirrel together with the birds!
Finally a new video! Been starving to see a new one! A different kind of video, but I like it! Honestly, I find the videos in which you talk even more calming. You have a pleasant voice (#nohomo :D) , which I could listen to all day and with which I relieve a lot of stress after work. By the way: Thanks to you, I am now more often in the forest than before! Trying to find my way into wildlife photography. My first attempt was to get to know the forst a little better. Getting some answers to quesitons like "Where can I sit down? Where do people walk? etc." Unfortunately, the day was a big disappointment. I left in the morning when it was still too dark and therefore I had to wait quite some time for the sunrise and then all the birds were high up in the treetops. The Trees were higher than I thought, so that probably even a 600mm would have not been enough. Do you have any tips on how I might "take my first steps"? (Currently I have the 70-200 F4 but I am so close to buying the 200-600.) Any help is much appreciated! PS: Congrats on the move! It looks like a lovely house! :)
Thanks mate! I’m glad you like those videos too!🙏🏻 Glad to hear you’re interested in getting out more. Love to hear that! I guess my best tip is to get out more and more, I get photos I’m happy with like 1/10 times. So getting up early a couple of times will definitely up the chances of getting some photos!😄 If you want to practice your skills on small birds a bird feeding station is very handy! Cheers man!
Appreciate the feedback! Good point! Dont know if there is any bird feeder somewhere around near the forest but i may get in contact with the ranger for more info :) Thanks!
Really good video, i like the videos were you just take pictures of wildlife. Soon im going to Sweden near Linköping, and i hope to finde some owls to photograph with the 200-600mm. Tak for en god video:)
AMAZING VIDEO!! I cant wait to get out this fall with my new 150-600mm lens on my canon r7. Also, congrats on your new home! So glad to see you enjoy it. Cheers!
Once again great work... You have me interested in these nature cameras and setting them up in the forest. Maybe you can go further into these in another YT vid. Which is best Pros / Cons.
For photography yes, but I like to use the ZV-E1 for filming wildlife. But A7IV is on most of the times when I know that I want to film and shoot photos
Hi I'm Bangladeshi &I like your photography as well as videography ,but it would be more interesting to me if you will add more photo samples in your video.
I like the quiet videos but I would like to ask you to consider putting the species of the animals you shoot for those who are not familiar with them or don’t live in Europe. Some might wonder what kind of birds were these or what species of squirrels were in your scene.
This is my first time stumbling upon your channel. You got some beautiful shots there! I'd love it if you put the names of the animals somewhere on the screen when showing the picture you took of them, could you do that? Some of them I of course know but not all of them. This is really lovely content!
Wonderful video as always! I've got a question though. From your experience; is it better do walk through the forest and actively search for animals or sit down and wait for the animals to come? I've been trying to actively search for animals lately but wasn't quite successfull. Also: Awesome picture you got of the squirrel!
Thank you! I'd say waiting is the best, but it's great to walk around to search for potential spots to hide on! :) but it depends, for birds, I think walking around works good!
Do you take this photos with burst mode and continous af with eye detection? I ask because I saw on video really slow shutter times, e.g. 1/250. I can't go slower than 1/500, but maybe it's because I use aps-c camera and almost everything what I shoot on 1/250 is blured. So I try to stay over 1/500 sec. Btw nice bokeh - mine Sigma 150-600 C doesn't paint background that well.
Hi i got a question, i want to travel to norway for camping trip next year and need a tent, now i thought your tent would be amazing since i want to do photography too there. What kind of tent is it and how much does it cost?
@5:51 If I'm not mistaken then this was a Eurasian jay calling. These little ba**ards can easily be heard but they are extremely camera shy. I hear them all the time in our forest but hardly have any pictures of them.
I bought a camera to make some pictures of my cats and some portraits for friends and mostly just snapping quick stuff when traveling. Now i want to spend all my savings on a big lens setup and a tent to hide for weeks to just look at birds and squirrels doing things and yes i am now more relaxed than 15 minutes ago

Yes it feels sooo good! I’m so excited for the time here!😊

I could watch those squirrels all day. Amazing stuff!
