Little Hotelier at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah

The newest members of the team will work a half-day shift with all the responsibilities and duties that entail, be it a concierge, sous chef, front office agent or waiter. When children arrive for their shift, they will change their clothes into hotel uniforms, wear nametags and start a training program to learn the basics of working in a hotel - before they get to work.
The new recruits will be patronized by the senior team members with excellent communication skills. The children will gain useful educational experiences, and a chance to be a part of one of the most interesting professional fields in the world - #Hospitality.
After the shift children will have the interview where they can share their impressions and learnings from their first working day at the hotel.
#WaldorfAstoriaRasAlKhaimah endeavors to open children’s eyes to the hospitality world in a way that motivates and delights, and allows them to make their own discoveries about the #tourism industry in the #UAE.
