The Fourth Chakra, known in Sanskrit as "Anahata" (meaning "Unbeaten"), is where one gives and receives love. I know how it feels to be in that situation but the decision was based on many issues which were not getting fixed with time and was increasing more and more. You wrote this comment a year ago, I hope you are feeling better, but if not yes there is hope for you. You just got here to the right place. These videos Quadible and Sapiens are going to help you in every possible way you can imagine, start with all the chakras and don't do any other until you feel happy, confident and courageous. And I am telling you, you will. Start with the root chakra 3 times a day every day don't do anything else until you feel better and then add the Lower Heart chakra and the Upper Heart chakra at least two a day of each one, this is to help with the pain of your father and when you feel they have helped you a lot start doing less of those and work all the chakras starting with the Root chakra and working up to the throat chakra at least once a day each one. This is going to transform you. Be patient, give it time not everyone is the same. Some people see improvement in two weeks, some needs two months just keep at it. And after you are satisfied with the way you feel, go to Sapiens and there all kind of videos to get yourself even better. By this time you can pass days without doing the chakras but don't forget them completely they are very important. God bless you forever.

i feel like i need to listen to this more often, i always wanted to do so much, be a really good person who has the energy to help others, but in like a year i have been drinking and smoking weed for to doll my emotions, but it made me miserable and i was not nice in that time i had a really traumatic childhood, but it doesnøt excuse how i behaved to some people when i was drunk my anger and frustration was misplaced and that was never intended i have just had this anger inside that made me feel more and more empty, i never had a problem controlling my anger i really just hold my anger in most of my life since i didnt wanna hurt peoples feelings, people pleaser one might say, i feel stuck in anxiety and bad memories, my mom has lung cancer, i hope if i raise my energy it could help her, i currently lives with her but the worry of her getting worse and seeing how she has mostly bad days now before she had alot of energy she hates being in a bed most of the day, just that i never know what to expect, but thank you Quadible, when i feel alone this helps to not do that, you are really helping the world

Hi. I recommend you the use of frequencies for your mother. There are these nice tracks from Spooky2 Rife channel, search the one for cancer, and there's one for the lungs. Get her to listen to them daily, at least a couple of times per audio, for at least a month or so, better with headphones/earphones, and at a good volumen level so her body can feel some kind of vibration. That should help. I wish you both luck.

This made me very sick, my chest started hurting bad, I must have a blockage there I’m assuming . I listened to all of the other chakra ones and this is the only one that made me feel ill. I got some watermelon tourmaline and used that with this and it eased the discomfort through the meditation

I was looking for this type of comment 🙏🙏..i too must have very serious issues with the lower heart...i tried another channel's heart frequency and had the same effect but just not as rife as Quadible's..im convinced my biggest setbacks in life if vested in this particular chakra..however, the pain goes away when i do the upper heart and throat chakra healing but i need to work on this frequency a while

Ever since ive had my second child i knew my bodys balance would be off. Ive been more angry an my asthma that hasnt been around since over 5 years came back when i was around 6months preg and often comes when i express my anger in addition to a weight in my chest that i know i can expect my mood to swing, up or down. I hope this helps. Cause i feel like im not myself.
