The whole family loves the hunting shows. We sit down after dinner and watch 1-2 before bed. My two year old walks around the house with the vacuum tube, bugling and telling the guys on the TV to shoot him!! Keep it up!!
One of the many things I love about you guys is the fact that everywhere you go, no matter how focussed you are on the hunt, you always take the time to show us the view and to appreciate it yourself. Many of us will never, ever get out to anywhere even remotely similar. I'm disabled from a spine/cord injury, for example so I won't get to go to or se places like this in this lifetime. Thanks, sincerely, for sharing and for including the scenery and landscape you are blessed to get to spend time in. Heather🇨🇦
I love how you are not just trophy hunting but also meat hunting at the same time. A lot of these groups forget that the trophy is not the size of the animal but the experience and memories you gain from it.
Fantastic vid, beautiful country. The music just fits so well. 33 years back I was taking my survivors instructors course in Caroline Alberta. Had my camp set up and something didn't sit right. The course instructors came out to check things out. We chatted and i extracted myself out of the site for the night. Next morning we counted at least 15 wolf tracks going through my camp. Was one freaky experience. Herd the wolf song that night then saw those signs the next day is something i will never forget.
Talk about a fun day! You have to do more than scare the wolves lol. Getting a shot at one is still more than most of us even seeing one. Pretty country!
Wolves are constantly around our moose camp and we've had them howl right beside us numerous times in the middle of the night, like they aren't happy with our presence. Wolves howling and loons songs in the middle of the night are two of my favourite sounds in nature.
Loving the changes. Man the hunting fever spikes when watching. Starting to see wolves in our neck of to wood, going to try to keep them down as much as possible. Shoot straight and Gods speed.
The next time you are close to a wolf you can howl right back at them and they'll come in. When you shot the pack probably scattered and they were locating each other. We hear them every year in North Idaho and usually see more wolf tracks than elk tracks!
What !!!!!! Rifle hunting. Love it I haven't hunted with a rifle in 25 years but I am going to try it this coming year. Looking forward to your new videos. Thanks for what you guys do.
As you found out its always exciting to hear and see wolves in Idaho!! Always a must to have a wolf tag in your pocket. Run into them every year!! Good stuff!!
Glad y’all got an Idaho tag our group has been in able to get tags the last three years! We try the second they come available some how we’re not fast enough with the mouse clicker! Another great video keep ‘em coming!
Can't say enough good things about the intro. Just enough to get the viewer's energy through the roof. Always epic and filmed/edited for content that transports me from my couch to the mountainside with Steve, Trent, Cody, Trevor and Strand. Let the next chapter begin!
This was a sweet change of pace. The thought of having the ability to shoot 3 different animals on this hunt is pretty exciting. I can’t wait to see how this “Idaho” series turns out
There are a lot of good bow hunting videos out there but not much for rifle. This was put together so well from beginning to end. It shows the ups and downs of public land rifle hunting. Can’t wait to see the fruit of your labor.
Legit video opener! Also, your shipping on apparel is spot on. Keeping people posted throughout the process and how quickly it came. Thanks!!! You’ve got support from Central Utah. 🤙
Love to see you guys getting more involved into the Rifle game i know you've done bits of it before. Love the archery stuff but Rifle is a whole different challenge. Can't wait to see how much more you guys bring! LOVE IT. Great Job Guys!
What is the challenge not to be spotted at 500 yard lol I don't see rifle bein a challenge other the half the state out there with u other people that's the challenge
@@koreyroberts4937 not everyone has the equipment or can afford the equipment to shoot 500 yards, those setups aren't cheap. Rifle is more crowded yes! Colder weather yes! Typically the rut is over or well over so calling or attempting to hear them is near impossible depending on the year or location. To say its not challenging is an ignorant statement. Not every hunter is as blessed as some to afford the setups to make 500 to 800 yard shots. Just saying...
Rifle or bow, muzzleloader or rocks, ya'll work your butts off doing something you're passionate about! I really enjoy watching ya'lls hunts, makes me feel like I'm there! Continue on gentlemen. Love ya'll ❤
We have a big wolf problem in the UP of Michigan. Unfortunately we have no wolf season.... Thanks city dwellers who never leave the city but make policy.
While stationed at Mnt Home AFB I had an encounter with a wolf in Idaho on a elk hunt. It was pretty cool to see even though we never ran across any elk or deer in that area.
Good start for the hunt. Hunted the wilderness area in north central Id. in the 80's and 90's, tagged out with elk and mule deer every year until the Feds. dropped the first wolf pairs out in Cold Meadows when they were asked not to do it because of what would happen. That area and another just to the West, can't remember what it was called, were calving areas for elk and moose. The very next season, few elk and deer but wonderful to hear wolf all night; I didn't return to that area again and Id. saw great herd losses in the following years. In my mind another Fed. screw up!
Of course I found wolf sign but I was lucky enough to not run into one myself this September up here in north Idaho. Hunted one spot pretty hard and got some amazing encounters and eventually my buddies went back in rifle season to find a wolf with its head stomped in, in the middle of a meadow. Insanely cool find. My buddy who found it knows the regional wildlife manager and told him about the whole story and that guy was like “man you’ve got some luck, go buy a lotto ticket”
Interesting video You need to capture the howling of the wolves a great sound a favorite along with loons . Ha guys where is the orange you should All be wearing during rifle season .stay safe and healthy
love it guys. I guide big game in Colorado and New Mexico so I am just getting to catch up with you. You need to take the offered from Bud Howard offered. Great place and I know it well.

Same! My 4 year old bugles with a paper towel roll! He would rather watch LOF than cartoons! We are nailing it eh?
@@acierowen8718 absolutely! My boys love the outdoors

Can't wait to see how this plays out. The key to Idaho is get away from the wolves, oh wait they are fn everywhere in Idaho.
Like in the beginning kill every wolf you see.
I love how you are not just trophy hunting but also meat hunting at the same time. A lot of these groups forget that the trophy is not the size of the animal but the experience and memories you gain from it.

I fully agree with you on the howling of wolves and Loons .my favorite sounds also the best of nature sounds .
Being from the north I love hearing loons on a lake at night. Also loons don’t kill moose calf’s lol
Yes we definitely have a wolf problem in many areas of Idaho!

WOWZA...wolves are showing-up everywhere these days. What a cool place to hunt. Can't wait to see how this whole series.
The wolves have changed the way deer and elk behave here. There a lot spookier. We have 2 packs now for about 7 or 8 years. Good luck guys !
