600mL thickened cream (you are meant to use mascarpone cheese too but i just used the thickened cream)
(probably like 50g) pure icing sugar
(give it a splash) vanilla extract
white chocolate melts
cocoa powder
red food colouring gel
raspberry jam
biscoff biscuit

12g gelatine + cold water
white chocolate
condensed milk
210g sugar
210g glucose syrup
110g water
