Above all else, John F. Kennedy stands alone. Besides that, I would rank Woodrow Wilson, Franklin D. Roosevelt, Harry S. Truman, Dwight D. Eisenhower, Bush Sr, Bill Clinton, Bush Jr and Barack Obama at the lowest tier. Why? Blatant corruption, inefficiency, and crimes against humanity.
I can understand most of that list but I don't understand how you can put FDR and Eisenhower on this list. Not only did they help defeat the Nazi's, a great accomplishment, but FDR saved the countries economy, and managed to get elected for 4 terms and Esienhower is literally warning the public about the military industrial complex, the opposite of what a corrupt leader would do.
