I had the pleasure to work on 237 OCU many years ago at RAF Honington and RAF Lossiemouth, I loved Buccaneers and was always my favourite aircraft

Elliot, thanks very much or posting the video, brings back some great memories.
HI Pete Buck, me too. Both Lossie & Honington.
      I see there's a 237 ship in the video.

I agree with the announcer that was spectacular, I've never seen one of these fly or taxi in person, very impressive aircraft. Huge Thumbs Up.

Hopefully the Thunder City ones will be flying again. They were recently purchased with the intention of restoring them to flight. An engine run was done with Buccaneer S2B ZU-BCR (former RAF XW987) in Jan 2022

@@CBGSpotter sure would. I also never saw them in service as they were retired in 91. I was lucky enough to see the Thunder City ones fly though. What a sight

Which was the loudest jet that did the fast taxi run at bruntingthorpe? Was it the buccaneer or the electric lightning?

Currently there are no flying cold war Icons like these, its as near to
experiencing the real thing as possible. A lot of hard work is put into
keeping these running and they put on a good show 2 times a year.
