Hello mam My illeal biopsy result have normal villous architecture. Lamina Propria shows moderate mixed infiltrate and mild cryptis also noticed. No evidence of Granuloma / Malignancy seen. Feautures are suggestive of Moderate active illeitis but my doctor said it is not crohn I only have gas problems usually at night like burping no pain in stomach only like feeling nausea at night after dinner jo khud theek ho Jata hai
