  • If you feel like life hasn't been all that great lately, perhaps all you need is to make a small change in any of your life and that might get you out of a routine that hasn’t really been working for you.
    I decided to try waking up at 4:30am every day for a week to see if would change my life in any way and I hope by sharing my experience, it will inspire you to make any positive change in your life starting tomorrow.
    Being open to change helps us grow, so let's make a promise to ourselves today that we will continue to get out of our comfort zone, be open to making positive changes in our lives, and always keep growing, together.

      Don’t know the full scope of a carnivore diet, will do a bit of research on that. Lets see ;)
