    The Tofu Bahn Mi Sandwich looks delicious! Thanks for sharing. I need to give Paul a little recognition too. He does a great job filming these and taste tester is a great addition.

    That looks genius. I love that you used the vinegars and maple syrup to flavor the vegetables for the sandwiches. I am definitely making this recipe. My mother is Vietnamese, and this looks better than what we used to eat.

    Looks great! Love this is plant-based as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the IGF-1, BLV and pesticides in meat. Thanks so much for sharing

    TOFU BANH SANDWICH: I am doing 4 days of tofu starting tomorrow, know what is for tomorrow, but getting green cabbage today to make cole slaw qith my purple cabbage and carrots. This will be Thursday! I also scoop bread out of baguettes. Thanks Kathy and Paul

    I love tofu banh mi sandwiches but have been avoiding getting them from a local restaurant. I am excited to try making this at home. Thank you for the recipe! Yum!

    Once again an amazing recipe! I have to eat gluten free, but there are some really good gf breads now😊 I love your channel!

    I love you - you also think that cabbage should be called purple and not red! Same as onions!!! Paul is lucky, I'm glad he enjoys the food you make!
