We discuss WHO he is, WHAT he has been in to substantiate the defense of his 007 status, and WHY we think he just might be the perfect candidate to take the baton from Daniel Craig. The mantra of living like Bond, one moment at a time emanates from a concept of experiencing the joy of collecting small moments in life that add up to amazing journeys and stories....whether it's through style, locations, literature, fitness, and the movies themselves the world of Bond is explored through its people and their stories.
Ultimately though, The Bond Experience channel is a celebration of the James Bond franchise and the many people that form a true community. Our core mission is to create a strong connection in the Bond community amongst all the fans, regardless of interest or demographic.

Sean Connery vibes from Theo James. I'd love to see a modern Goldfinger like movie.
Honestly I didn’t realize he was British, but now I am 100% sure he’d make for the perfect Bond!
Thanks for watching!
The Gentleman is Theo James’ Layer Cake.
Seeing his character operate throughout various levels of society (and all the absurdities); you have to consider This actor to play 007.
If he gets cast as Bond, then future 007 candidates will be starring in British gangster media
Layer Cake was a movie though, this was a telly series. Different level of screen presence required. He's yet to prove he can carry that off.
Love this reply! Couldn't agree more.
While watching the show I did think, this is the closest that anything Ritchie/Vaughn has got to Layer Cake again. A shame that Vaughn never has, but Guy has nailed it.
@@CovertRecon Tbf Layer Cake is heavily inspired by the Guy Ritchie gangster movies
Literally my first thought after seeing the trailer for The Gentlemen was “this guy has that Sean Connery factor and he has got to be Jame Bond”. So cool you guys thought the same thing.
Lots of Sean comparisons in the comments! Love to see that.
I actually thought about him years ago when he starred in Underworld 4 & 5. He commands when he’s in a scene.
Love that!
I think Theo James would make a great Bond and have done so since the first 'Divergent' film in which he was brilliant. I've seen an interview in which he was asked about playing Bond and he described himself as 'too Greek' and jokingly said 'The names Bondopolis, James Bondopolis'. But part of the skill of becoming Bond is to not appear too desperate for the role and he's also flown under the radar by playing a few unlikeable characters over the years since 'Divergent' but this really just shows what a good actor he is. I'd love it if he got the part.
Great points!
@@BondsApartment Thanks! Forgot to say in my first comment that you do a great British (London) accent
Yes I think Theo is the one. I had the same thought when watching the gentlemen. 38 years old to 50 is 4 movies if EON pull their finger out. TJ looks after himself and will look 44 at 55 as he looks after himself. He’s got it all, just grow hair longer. 👍
Couldn't agree more!
Great video. You both made some good points. I think I'll wait until the actor's first movie to judge. But, I could see him as Bond and I could see him do well.
Yes please. Absolutely. Theo James for it. Great in everything I've seen him in and The Gentleman sealed it. Just like Daniel Craig sealed the deal in Layer Cake - another Guy Ritchie universe role (Mathew Vaughn directed - who produced Lock Stock and Snatch). Let's get him in the dinner jacket and chatting up Moneypenny.
Agreed!
Because speculation about the 'next' Bond was occurring around Spectre, many of the same names have been discussed for nearly a decade now and feel a bit stale [especially when they've played Bond-esq roles in other films/shows]. I suspect they'd want to go younger [and less high profile+expensive]anyway so it's nice to get some new names discussed.
Henry is too cartoonish, it would almost be a cliche.
The other two are very close but I think ATJ can be colder and more ruthless, so I'd still go for him.
Let’s give George Mackay a shot. He did amazing in Munich as well as 1917 and has the physical attributes, age and charm that will def pull off a young Bond in the best way.
Delighted to see you agree. Believe it or not, I've been saying this since 2019 with Lying and Stealing & Sanditon. The Gentlemen just confirms it. I think I even left his name as a recommendation on one of Calvin Dyson's videos back in 2020, when he wasn't on anybody's radar.
My first thought after watching the Gentleman
I think he should say away from bond,He has a massive career ahead of him,I think playing bond will hinder that.
The shoe fits with the guy, no doubt. But it boils down to what movie Eon wants to make and what movie Theo James would want to make. He has expressed skepticism towards playing Bond, and there has been creative differences before obviously.
Would be a splendid choice!
I don't see it. Then I didn't think Daniel Craig would be a good Bond. Now he's my favorite ever.
I'm seeing Callum Turner. He has the charisma.
White lotus was so boring. Just cant get into it. But i agree about this guy
Problem is He already said he doesn't see himself playing Bond :/
I still think Jack Lowden is my pic, however Theo James would be good. If it's either of these, i think the role that will have got them the role is to do with british gangster series.
How can he be the next Bond if James Bond is dead? I was so pissed when I learned the ending of No Time To Die that I refused to watch it.
I would say Theo James is a definite maybe in my books. He certainly looks the part, he's handsome and has got the physicality to pull off the role.
Ultimately, I simply haven't seen him in enough things to be able to properly form an opinion on whether he's got the acting chops to be Bond. I've only really seen him in 2 roles, those being the inbetweeners movie and divergent. The former doesn't really count because he plays an insufferable jerk who gets his comeuppance by accidentally snorting Fecal matter. Admittedly that's an image that's slightly difficult to shake off but it certainly isn't a deal breaker by any stretch. In divergent he was pretty good but like I say it isn't really enough to give a proper assessment on. I think I'm going to watch The Gentleman and see how I feel after that because it sounds like a pretty good show.
It might be worth noting that he's been asked about Bond before. He said he feels like there's actors that could do a better job than him (He's probably just being modest there) and he's expressed doubt about whether he'd want the role due to it's life changing consequences. That doesn't mean he wouldn't consider doing it, of course, but it might be worth bearing in mind.
I don't recall seeing this guy in anything either until I saw The Gentlemen. I knew the name but not the work. But I have to say, The Gentlemen convinced me. As soon as I finished it, I said to myself "That's the guy". Check it out and see if you feel the same. It's basically like Layer Cake, in that it's an extended Bond audition tape.
Actually I lie: Prior to the Gentlemen, I saw him in a pretty decent low budget sci-fi film on Netflix called Archive. I recall the movie had some problems but his performance wasn't one of them. He's basically in every scene in the film and he carried it pretty well, in my opinion. The role wasn't really a Bondish one though.
@@gordoncutter9241 Yeah I think I'm going to take a look at it. Thanks :)

I'm afraid I've never heard of Theo James.
Richard madden is still the best option
I like him too
I really like him however I still feel that Matthew Goode would be a great choice.
He would have been perfect like 10 years ago.
too old 🥱
Agree on most things you say... but one thing: He gets 40 this December. That is a little too old for a new Bond... in my opinion.
I would rather take someone that is around 30 so he could be Bond for 15-20 years.
🤔
Handsome, funny, suave, good physique, and a good actor. One of the best candidates around.
And he's part Greek, he ticks a diversity box!
A definite shortlisted for sure! Way way way better option than Aaron Taylor Johnson - who is just an odd odd guy, dresses weird, acts weird, pouts and constantly seeks attention - seems very insecure in his own skin. Don’t get me wrong, I thought he had real screen presence in Nocturnal Animals and Bullet Train - but like Daniel Craig before him - bond would be the only catalyst that would take him out of the B Leagues
Agreed!
@@garyniven946 Exactly! I also see his insecurity in each movie I saw from him (I'm not even speaking about his weird interviews...like there is something off...)
I have never been able to take to ATJ, just something about him I’ve never liked. Your comment articulates why. Other than being the right age for Bond and having the looks, ATJ is just an actor I simply don’t like and don’t want as Bond.
Whilst watching The Gentleman I said exactly the same to my wife - this guy has to be the next 007. Has the right looks, physique, height, voice, carries off the various styles from military to country gent to nice suit to tux with an effortless cool and can handle the physical stuff. Honestly he’s perfect.
Nah, he’s too nice, looks like a good boy, who brings his mum flowers every weekend,
I’m thinking someone like Michael Fassbender would be better
Agree. Theo James should be the next 007.
@@marcusherts9345 omg me too, micheal is my bond choice
The Gentleman (excellent btw) felt like one long Bond audition. I agree with you both that Theo James HAS to be the next Bond!
He has to be! There's no other choice for me!
"The Gentlemen" was an excellent job application for him to be Bond.. I hope it happens one day!
You and me both!
Pretty good, chaps. I just saw 30 seconds of him and am sold. Next to me, the best choice 😁
I SWEAR I WAS THE ONLY ONE, THOUGHT I WAS GOING CRAZY. but he literally fits all the physicals, age, feel, for a bond. Could also go a different direction from Craig with his different vibe
I felt the same! Glad David agrees!
I have said it over and over Theo James is the modern man’s Bond. Bringing classic style and grace while having the ability to be brutal at the same time!
Very well put!
Unfortunately he’s a little too old for me, i think he’s 39, if they start production now it won’t release till at least 2026 where he would be 40-41. Id prefer an actor in his late 20’s and maybe do a proper origin story.
Next bond 1000%
Theo James really impressed me in The Gentleman and has definitely thrown his name into the hat. He delivered a fantastic performance and looked great too. I have a soft spot for Rupert Friend, he does not seem to be on the radar despite having some great roles...
I am 100% convinced he would fit the best. Theo James is born JB even wearing his real name his whole live. I keep all my fingers crossed that the JB Fade is choosing him ❤
Theo James should be the next Bond he's even got Bonds name in his name..
He can act he's British tall and dark and can pull off style it's a thumbs up from me.
Exactly. Say no more
if y’all wanna watch a good sci-fi movie starring theo james, watch Archive. it’s just him & robots but it’s amazing
I think the very best option, tbh. He has an edge to him.
1000% Agree
I watched The Gentlemen, didn’t know this Theo guy, and immediately thought “he should be James Bond, that would be amazing”. Even brought it up at work after watching and my colleague said the same. Completely agree with everything you guys are saying.
Awesome!
I know him from a series I watched many years back called Golden Boy. I really enjoyed it, and was looking forward to another season. Unfortunately, as is nearly always the case when you really get into something, it was cancelled. Pity, it had a lot of potential. I've not really been into anything else he's been in. The Gentleman was very good though.
I’m convinced! And Theo James is now my top choice. He’s got an edge some of the other young candidates lack.
Theo James is half Scottish like Connery. Extra qualification.
Love that
Given we've had non-Scottish actors playing Bond it really doesn't matter in my opinion.
I am so glad you did this, because I've been saying this about Theo James for YEARS. I was just talking with my dad about him last week. I haven't watched The Gentlemen yet but my Dad is a fan of it and mentioned James to me. I told him how good he was in the Divergent and Underworld films. He was so good in Divergent with his American accent I didn't realize he was British. He has presence and charisma. A few years ago whenever I would walk in Macy's, I would see shots of James in a tuxedo promoting a men's cologne. That's when the idea came to me what a good Bond he might make. I'm glad he got The Gentleman because he sort of disappeared for a while. The last big thing I saw him in was as a goofy villain in a film called War on Everyone starring Alexander Skarsgard and Michael Pena.
The Broccoli's are probably going to go with Aaron Taylor-Johnson though. Not a bad choice but Theo James has been at the top of my list for about a decade now. Even while Daniel Craig was still in the role. They're probably waiting to see how Johnson's Kraven The Hunter film does in the Fall before announcing or making anything official. Hopefully it won't be another Madam Web.
You're a pioneer my friend, now that I'm Team Theo, I can't picture anyone else but him
The style in the gentleman was unbelievable
Agreed!
Would be a great choice. Really liked him in White Lotus and Gentlemen
Two very different roles that show his range well.
Theo James all the way.
Problem I have with Theo is he was in Inbetweeners movie and snorted something which he didn't expect. It's been stuck in my head whenever I saw him.
Lol, I can't shake that image either. I was thinking the same thing as I watched The Gentlemen.
Lol I haven't seen it
I was thinking that, however after seeing The Gentlemen, that comes to mind before poo nose, so I'm more open to him, even if he's my second choice.
I think Theo James would be a top pick compared to any of the other mentioned contenders. I loved the Gentlemen series enough that I may give it a re-watch, but absolutely couldn't agree more that THIS guy has the look and competency to play the next 007. Awesome evaluation, Lads!
Been fan of him for years, I think since "Bedland" TV show from 2011. And even then you could see this guy had a lot of potential in his acting skills, presence, etc. Didn't think of him as Bond until now, but oh damn, he would kill it. Sam Heughan was my favorite candidate, but Theo James is 100% the perfect fit for the role. Has it all. I would absolutely love it.
Theo James has something of Sean Connery when he acts...But also his own way to act, with his fluidity, also action... He can nail it in Bond. But A. taylor just his baby voice: impossible to become Bond=don't know what are the sources for him to become Bond. So hell yes for Theo James.
Yeah, ATJ needs to work on that voice. It's like the voice didn't quite finish puberty.
@@David-ft7xz I'm not sure he can do anything about that...His natural voice looks like a 13years old boy 😂
Love this reply. Great points!
I remember A T-J's role in 'Bullet Train' being well regarded and he was in Nolan's Tenet.
I've been saying this for so long, really glad so many see it now after The Gentlemen
Theo actually reminds me of Sean Connery when he was young with the eyebrows etc. he's like a modern version sean
The promotion writes itself, "Theo James Bond"
Lol
The Gentleman was a great show. Coming off really enjoying the movie I had high expectations for the show. Theo did a great job in the movie and could definitely see him playing Bond!!!
The Gentleman was fantastic!
Well I’m sold. Definitely has everything I want in a James Bond.
Never realized how much of a Theo James fan I was til his performance in The Gentleman show. As much as I enjoy Aaron Johnson as an actor and think he well fits the look of Bond, Theo James would be perfect for the role! He's the first actor I've seen that gives me a lot of Sean Connery vibes.
Couldn't agree more
Just seen him interviewed from a month ago. Decent voice.
Looks young for his age. Could be Bond for 15 years but needs to be appointed soon.
as fan of theo for many yrs now i wholeheartedly agree you guys!
Theo got this!
Guy Ritchie should direct starring Theo James
I said the same thing to my wife during the first episode of The Gentlemen. This guy could be Bond.
Same here!
Have just finished watching The Gentlemen too. My wife and I completely agree with everything said here. This is the guy, done!
Same thoughts here!
I like theo James and I have always thought he would make a perfect for Bond. I love that he's traditionally handsome, masculine and has still that dangerous aura. He'll be convinced as a trained killer. And it's good that he's not that famous and he's not into socisl media.
I totally agree.. it should be Theo James!!
I agree with Luke. I had similar thoughts about Cavill not really being able to fill Craig’s shoes with regard to acting and he’s too large of a star to be cast in the role of Bond given the apparent casting pattern.
I first saw Theo James when he appeared in the series Downton Abbey and then later I saw him in Divergent. In terms of his look, he reminds me a bit of James Franco who played James Dean. And I agree with David, James presents his physical movements with a kind of feline athleticism. And he certainly has the gravitas and sartorial style to portray the more sauve and refined presence similar to Connery and Brosnan.
Regarding Aaron Taylor Johnson, I was never really on board with him either. Johnson can certainly look the part and he has the resume, but his voice trying utter the classic line “Bond, James Bond” would fall flat having virtually no bass to his tone. Theo James wouldn't have this perhaps more nit picky shortcoming.
On a final note regarding the remark of “ All the women want him, and all the men want to be him.” At least on screen, and perhaps a bit off screen, he has all the hallmarks of the “alpha fuck with resources to fill the role of provider/protector” that all women lust after.
Great points!
The only problem I always had with Cavill is that he's just too muscular for Bond. Bond isn't in Superman shape. Even in the The Man from UNCLE, he looked comical almost in all those suits. Saying that, if he took it easier on the weights and slimmed down significantly, then I'd be onboard. And I don't think he's too big of a star to be Bond. He's a known name, for sure, but he's not exactly a box office draw - all his films seem to flop. I don't think he's any bigger than Brosnan was when he took it on.
@@BondsApartment The primary thing that has me thinking he won't be the next Bond is that in interviews he seems to lack interest in playing the part. He openly states that he thinks he's too Greek to play role and goes on to say that his idea of the character wouldn't shake things up enough to give the direction of the character what it deserves. It's certainly a large commitment to take on such a large and beloved franchise. Time will tell🤷♂️
@@bellerophon9116 I know Clive Owen said [after Craig was cast admittedly] that he wasn't keen on the role of Bond, partly due to disliking the hype around Bond and Sam Neil said something similar [preferring to remain a character actor]. I do wonder if any of the actors always linked are actually not keen and are told to keep quiet by there agents.
Theo has said he’s ‘too Greek’ for Bond & his mates call him Bondapolis, so y’all reach out to him somehow & convince him his not lol
15 minutes into the Gentleman, I knew Theo would be this week’s actor to be named the next Bond within the Bond-o-Verse!
Yes, we had this with Tom Hiddleston, Richard Madden, Idris Elba etc. Rinse and repeat.
I'm not saying Theo James is a poor suggestion but it feels like just another suggestion. I don't feel excitement over him.
Agreed!
'This week's actor' being spot on, particularly from those always reliable 'sources close to the production' people!
@@YTguySmithy-lk6go It's very much 'this actor has a project to plug' every time. I'm surprised people fall for it as it never leads to anything [Richard Madden was reported to be offered Bond 'within days' back in 2018 for example...]
YES!! INDEED-HOPEFULLY BARBARA BROCCOLI IS WATCHING. TAYLOR-JOHNSON WOULD BE OK, BUT I HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THE PRODUCERS SIDE YET
He’s beautiful, handsome, suave, sophisticated… yes, it’s so good to have Luke back! 👏
LOL thanks Ben!
only knew him on tiktok edit stuff before the gentlemen and now I know he's the perfect choice for the bond. He got the voice, physique etc.. and most importantly oozes natural masculinity
The gentleman is his interview and reel tape as layer cake was Daniel’s reel tape … who’s with me?👍🏻🍸
He’s a great choice . He’s got the Voice !! Which ATJ doesn’t .
YES!
that’s my take with Ttj too!
Completely agree - was struck in The Gentleman how he is the absolute perfect fit. There is the swagger and that panther movement, the fighting ability, but also that sideways look. So glad to see him being promoted as an option by you... maybe I do know what makes Bond.
Totally - even from the first scene he is in, he has to unload his side arm at the checkpoint and he did it in this calm and confident and assured way - almost coldly, and then at the very end of the series he has to kill a man in cold blood and he didn’t even look at him - reminded me of the professor dent I am behind you scene from dr no, like you believe he could be a killer
Exactly!
Guys, I think you’re missing something important for studio execs……he’s never starred as a male lead in a major motion picture! Think like EON. Or an investor. An untested TV series actor would not be handed a major motion picture actor franchise out of the gate; especially one with the enormity of Bond. It’s a business after all. David comment, “He’s cooler than shit” had me spitting out my coffee..😂😅
What are you talking about? Honest question - not trying to be disrespectful. I've heard this expressed before and I'm frankly baffled. Neither Brosnan nor Craig were leading major motion pictures before they were cast. No previous Bond actor, prior to being cast in the role, was either - going back to Connery obviously. Moore was arguably the biggest name to take on the role and he was known mostly from his TV work. Same as Brosnan. And if you're going to say Layer Cake for Craig, that was an indie film that barely did over 10 mill globally - hardly a major hit.
Awesome choice, he's a cracking actor could see this guy playing 007 . his acting in 'UNDERWORLD BLOOD WARS'' WAS BETTER THAN INSPECTED
I agree with that!
After watching The Gentlemen I can only think of Theo James as 007 now.He would be perfect for the role.
I sincerely hope that I'm wrong, but I 100% believe that both Barbara and Michael are done with the franchise and we won't get another Bond film in the foreseeable future😢
Christopher Nolan walks in
My biggest fear...
Even if they are retiring, someone else will do it.
Agree with Theo James as a pick. Effortless class. But here's a weird thing I've noticed: both Theo James AND Aaron Taylor-Johnson were born in High Wycombe, a small town near London. Weird.
Love you David! Wonderful video in the morning
Thanks for watching!
Prior to The Gentlemen, the only other thing I ever saw him in was this pretty solid, low budget, sci-fi film on Netflix called Archive. He's also listed as the executive producer on it. Movie had it's problems, mostly plotting, but his performance wasn't one of them; he was in pretty much every scene and carried the whole thing pretty well, I thought. Definitely leading man material. I didn't think of Bond at the time due to the part not really being that. He was also sporting an American accent in it.
But after The Gentlemen I came to the conclusion that he's probably the best out of all the names that have been floated since Craig announced his retirement. So yes, a better choice than even Cavill, for me. The entire series was basically an extended audition for the role, similar to what Layer Cake did for Craig. James is basically called upon to do a combination of Bond, Bruce Wayne and Michael Corleone in the Gentlemen role - and he nailed each aspect of it, in my opinion.
My only problem with him is the same one I have with every actor who's played the role historically, in the sense that he's not the guy I picture when I read Fleming. But I know that's my own problem and it's unfair to hold that against him.
The only other actor who I think would be a good choice - closer to my picture of how Fleming's Bond would look, at least among the realistic choices available - and who I don't think anyone has mentioned yet, is Callum Turner. He gives me similar vibes to James, acting wise, but he's a couple of years younger - if they wanted to go that way.
Aaron Taylor Johnson I'm skeptical on but he's a proven actor so not a choice I'm completely against. I don't know - I'd probably need to see footage of him the role before I could say for sure.
He was in the last UNDERWORLD film with Kate Beckinsale Vampire Werewolf films
Theo James certainly should be considered. At 20:00, to me, this is what differentiates James Bond from the Ethan Hunts, Jason Bournes, John Wicks and so on. Class, style and sophistication all in one. Bond having a fondness for wearing a 3 piece suit at home while appreciating the feel and fashion of his attire. In my opinion, two particular scenes (among many others) from past Bond movies that really delineate the culture and lifestyle of James Bond; Die Another Day where he rejuvenates in the Hong Kong presidential suite requesting a '61 Bollinger as well as the black tie mission brief dinner in Goldfinger. Escapism at its best that draws so many of us deep into the world of 007!
Theo James would be awesome!
I hope!
Walked in, the Gentleman was playing, I turned to my misses and said ‘see that guy- Bond!’
Same here! lol
My question is “availability.” Would I want The Gentleman, Season 2 to be put on hold to make Bond 26 w/Theo James?
Yes yes yes to theo james, no other candidate 🔥
Agreed!
I thought the same thing. He had a connery-esque inflection on a lot of his lines
Love to hear that!
My wife and I thought the same thing while watching The Gentlemen.
Same!
I have zero doubt that Theo James could pull off a Bond film. That might be the best reason in the world to choose him.
2:58
Henry Cavill is not a box office star.
Cavill's last two spy films completely tanked at the box office
The Man From Uncle
And
Argylle
so i can't imagine Eon is desperate to cast Cavill. Cavill is a depreciated asset in Hollywood. Argylle lost millions for Apple. I accept Daniel Craig was not a box office star when cast however the massive difference is Craig hadn't starred in two huge box office spy film bombs prior to getting the part of Bond. Cavill has.
Cavill seems like a nice guy, but I haven’t liked a single performance I’ve seen him in. Very bland actor IMO.
Agreed. I really can't see Eon wanting to do the 'light Cavill lead Bond' when the two films that have already done it both flopped. He's also not cheap [apparently he got $10 million for Argylle] and is starting to age out of the role at this point given he's now in his 40's.
His other film of 2024 the Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare flopped too. Made less money than Argylle. Argylle And Ministry two of the biggest box office duds of 2024. Cavill has zero fanbase. That doesn't mean he's automatically unacceptable for the role but people need to stop this nonsense that he's an A list star. He's not. He just got an A list role as Superman. That's not the same as being an A list actor with some degree of box office bankability.
I thought h'd be a great Bond after the 1st episode of The Gentleman. However he's 39....
Bond in the books is around 42...
@@pomgrannycoco8766 I think he'd bee great now, it's just EON is looking for someone in their mid to early 30's so they can last 10 to 15 years.
it’s been configured to be a 10 yr commitment, his age is not a factor
@@yestoadventure007 True. And I can't see the next film coming out until at least 2026 so that has to be factored in.
Enjoyed the chat guys, have seen Theo is a few things and he has acting range and has those other qualities .
Counterpoint to the ATJ being hands off with the media and fans. I found that with DC all the way through. DC was very private & on reflection I prefer my Bond to have a bit more mystery. Having the actor have that mystery too adds to the allure.
Agreed. Timothy Dalton also kept himself private.Honestly, I'm not bothered if the actor is outgoing with the media-it's how good they are in the part that counts. It did help Craig when people like Naomi Harris joined the series as the media duties were split up more [similar to Mission Impossible where Simon Pegg etc do interviews instead of just Tom Cruise].
People who say Henry Cavill can't be Bond obviously haven't seen Man from Uncle. But Theo James? I can get behind that seen him since Underworld films
I think plenty of people who say that have seen it and either weren't enthused by it or feel 'he's already done it'. I lean towards the latter given we've had Uncle [light], MI: Fallout [Dark] and Argylle [parody] so doing Bond for real feels redundant [and Uncle and Argylle both didn't do well at the box office or critically which doesn't help his cause].
Theo James is on PBS movie right now! Sanditon!!!
He is the One for Bond!!!
