Someone drove me to LA from San Diego one night back in the early 70s. I rode in the back seat, and I felt like a midget in Carlsbad Cavern.
The car did not seem to run on the road but float above it. 😂😅😂😅 😊

🤣😂🤣😂 It's a real shame how much automobiles have changed. Some of the changes are fine, but things have gone too far.

Very Beautiful Car! I've always loved the Suicide Lincolns and the '69-70 (?) Thunderbirds with suicide doors. Those were the only four door Thunderbirds I ever liked. But the suicide doors just had a cool factor that couldn't be matched.

I miss the vent window. I don't like air conditioning, and the vent windows provided enough breeze to keep me cool on hot days. Wild Bill from Vintage Car History sent me over. Love from Liz and Ginger (pic left) in Australia.

That is absolutely amazing! An Adam car, for sure. I never realized the rear windows where a different shape from 61-63, now that you mention it I can see it.

Yeah, I really like the change they made in the shape of the window for 64 and 65. To me, it really sharpened it up.

61, 62 and 63 had curved side glass, 64 and 65 had flat windows. They went back to curved glass in 66.

As much as I prefer the 64-65 squared off look , it looks earlier than the 61-63 with curved glass.

I never really cared much for these cars but in this case I think this is one of nicest Lincolns I have ever seen. The fact that it is original is astounding looks like a brand new car yet it is 60 years old. I would almost be afraid to drive it it's so perfect.
