Utterly fascinating to watch--thanks for posting! I have a no. 2 Drag N Fly but have yet to try it. I think my biggest issue with hand lettering is getting the consistency of my paint correct--I'm using water-based paints. Ah, maybe I'll give this brush a go this evening, see what it'll do.

I am still in the learning phase of pinstriping but i enjoy hand lettering more. I really dont like sword stripers due to flare out so i bought a no. 2 dragn fly just to try. I have many different style striping brushes that i have now tried and yours is my go to brush for fine lettering or striping. I wish it would hold a little more paint but that would probably interfere with the snap. The bristle length, snap, and handle length are all perfect for me. They have really enabled me to learn. Thanks for the video that brought your brush to my attention.

Question for you, should these brushes be stored with oil in the bristles or clean well and leave dry?

I think your audio was muted in a few bits due to copyright music.
