Love the Painkiller shirt as well dude. So, the Grave CD is actually not the 2020 reissue, and I only know that because I bought it back in early 2018, which means it can't be a 2020 pressing. Might be the 2001 European Century Media pressing according to some research I did on Metal Archives. I know it's different than the 2001 US pressing, because I got a copy of that in 2021 (as you saw on instagram in my collection post) and it has a different cover. Also, The Gates of Slumber is a fine example of Indiana doom. I don't know if you have listened to them yet, but they totally embody the type of thing that made me want to play doom metal in the first place. I also enjoyed hearing Thrashic in the background man, thanks for that! Lastly, so happy you liked and promoted Vastum. Such an underrated purveyor of raw and cryptic old school death metal I feel. Someone said it sounds like a hidden gem from 1993 and I agree. Killer California death metal that screams the old school spirit, as you said! Love your words and descriptions for each band and album brother, keep it up and stay true! \m/
I really enjoy the trades we do. We both get good stuff out of them. I love my Painkiller shirt. It's comfy and it's Judas Priest. I had it pop up at 5:34 that the Cd was from 2001...I need to start doing at better job at my research before recording lol. I think it'd be cool if Climate of Despair and The Gates of Slumber gigged together when the time comes. Thrashic is easily one of the best thrash metal bands out of Harrisburg. I need to listen to more of Vastum's stuff. And last but not least, thank you for sending all the CDs!

Currently wearing my Screaming For Vengeance shirt as I type this actually lol. Ah damn, I forgot to put captions on while watching today, but I figured you'd eventually find out what version of Into the Grave that is. Gigging with The Gates of Slumber has been a long-term goal of mine, but they're kinda just getting back out there themselves currently, so as you said, when the time comes. A member of Iron Void had once expressed interest in jamming with me and some former TGoS guys but we'll see where that goes. Anyway yeah Thrashic makes me excited to check out more underground Pennsylvania metal. Oh and for Vastum their newest album is really good too, a little more produced but still really sick. Thanks for everything you've sent me too man! And I WILL listen to the Mixtape Vol. 3 this week don't worry haha ;)
