I run my own tiny Etsy store and packages get lost or stolen frequently. I am more than happy to replace or refund items and cover shipping costs because that's what you should do. A bigger company can afford it more than I can, there's no excuse for his behavior.
I’ve actually had my nails done by Max a long time ago in Tucson before he was famous, he was pretty chill back then and funny. Sounds like he’s not so nice anymore with the success he’s gotten ☹️

Nail XRT He rubs me the wrong way too. He is of Mexican descent and of a darker complexion. He is from my home town. He wears makeup to hide his brown skin and had surgery to look more like an anime character. As a fellow Mexican, I feel like he isn’t embracing his roots.

Customer service is very important to me. Hearing him say “she only has 1,000 views” as if that made her less than 🤦🏾♀️ He could have reached out to her and worked with her if she was doing something wrong 🤦🏾♀️ And so happy you gave an honest review about the product even though the owner is a mess 😂🤣

I totally agree with your CS issues. When a customer has a damage issue, the only thing the company should do is replace the item at no charge, or refund the price and let the customer keep the item. I agree that CS is the heart of a company and it is important to care about your clientele.
@@wioi if the company wants to send a pre-paid shipping label they can have the item back. Customer shouldn't have to pay for postage to return something the company should have done a better job packaging in the first place. For something like leaky monomer a reputable business will just resend a new bottle or refund without asking for the damaged item back because it's cheaper for them to not have to pay for a return label on something they can't even resell. Not like the post office even wants people shipping returns of leaky monomer bottles.
I was one those who requested this so 😊 thank you! I wasn’t aware of his attitude until after ordering and just like you I got that same long disclaimer. I had become interested in doing my own nails prior to the stay at home order so it just turned out to be perfect timing. The shipping was taking forever, or at least to me it was, I emailed him and I ended up getting two day shipping through FedEx.... which I definitely appreciate. However none of the excuses his past actions which are probably indicative of his current actions 🤦🏽♀️ A great product does not excuse bad customer service. I appreciate your honesty and awesome tutorials

Girl yes!! Whether the shipping issue was his or not, there are better ways to handle unhappy customers. If you want your business to succeed, you need to listen to feedback and respect the people who are paying you for your so called quality products. Also, why is he so salty about bad reviews?? That’s part of business! I work in customer service and deal with angry customers frequently. The very basis of customer service is to turn an unhappy customer into a lifelong customer. Telling a customer “well you buy our product a lot so we’ll just deal with you next time” is so cringey.
What really shows he doesn't care about customer service is in his live he says he heard someone made a negative review and FOR ISSUE #1 - he wasn't going to watch because she didn't even have 1k views so he thought of her as NOT relevant and ISSUE #2 how can you not even bother to watch the video & hear out your customer and see what the issue was with YOUR PRODUCT so you can make it better if need be? All because he didn't wanna "give her ad revenue" cause he got butt hurt over a bad review like really dude. You can't take some criticism?

I’m sorry but even their websites looks so unprofessional. I’ve wanted to order from them before and I have backed out because I’m not even confident in ordering the correct item. The owner, Max, has been in a few videos with Suzie and every time he rubs me the wrong way. The way he talks about his 123Go nails, you would think he invented it and it’s the best thing on Earth. Especially how he talks poorly about press on nails. He acts like his nails won’t bend and crap, but they do. Just like press ons. Like I’m sorry but some of us are able to make press on nails last for weeks. 🙄 He needs to be humbled. Because he is FULL of himself and his company.
So, true. Max should done a video chat with the woman who said the nails were very flimsy so that he could see for himself or he could have sent a representative the Nails to check out. He does have a way of acting very childish and a bit conceited about himself and his products but he needs to remember that there are always things that can go wrong with shipping as well as manufacturing and packing nothing is 100% perfect also I have seen other videos where the same thing happens with the nails so you would think that he would really take that issue to heart before he damages his own image as well as the company's

Even before covid took over 1 month to get to me from Arizona and I only live in Carson city NV. It's unfortunate to, because once I did get my huge order I did really like the products. Im still using them on my clients to this day and I have a huge reservation about ordering again in the future for sure. I did want to ask you a question about the base gel, mine smells like a few girls vomited in that tiny bottle after a week long Bachelorette party and a lot of tequila. It is absolutely horrendous. That's the only way I can explain it. The smell is so strong and nauseating that it makes me ill. I cover my face with my shirt and hold my breath. My nail clients even asked me not to use it which is fine with me. It works great though but omg the smell. And its even worse when its time to remove it with the drill. 🤢🤮 So, i guess I'm just curious if yours has a smell, i noticed that you didn't mention anything about smells of the products. The Shinee top coat is everything though. Of course I did write MANY times to him and his horrible customer service and nothing was ever resolved for me either so you are definitely NOT the only one with issues from enail couture. I've been doing nails almost 30 years now and I have NEVER had a shopping experience like this before or had a product make me get that sick to my stomach. I do want to end this on a good note though, and not about him, your nails are beautiful, your work is amazing and I love your videos. To this day, none of my emails were ever answered. I get his newsletter twice a day every day though 🤷🏽♀️ and after that whole situation, I agree. That treatment was horrible. Kiara Sky is much cuter and way more professional.
Kiara sky doesn’t have the best customer service either. I ordered 200 dollars worth of glitter from them and hated half of them because they looked nothing like the online pictures on their Instagram or website, and didn’t match the descriptions. Sent them pictures after my call with them and they never replied. Not happy with them at all, especially since it was a giant order.

I ship stuff all the time via USPS and he is right that once the package is dropped off with the PO how it is handled is out of his hands. However, shipping a bottle full of liquid should be bubble wrapped and shipped in a box, not a bubble mailer. That was negligence on his part. And, if he's shipping priority, that automatically comes with shipping insurance so if the items are damaged upon delivery he can file a claim with usps, ship out replacement products and he won't be out any money or product. That's just bad business And edit to add: calling a customer "ratchet" publicly on your social media platform is not only unprofessional but very RUDE!

Suzie reps his stuff so hard when he doesn't seem like a very nice person. And I won't buy from anyone that treats their customers in that way. If I pay for something and don't get it yes it is the responsibility of the seller.
Well, Susie gives off a stuck up vibe in her video too. She always gives back handed compliments when working with cheaper stuff, but not everyone can afford professional products like she has or even the access to it without a license.

I haven’t had issues with ordering and I do love the products but after seeing that live when he said what he said. Then seeing her video. I was shocked. Then I had seen a live shortly after that and he brought up people came for him for saying “ratchet” but yet never apologized for saying it. Just snarky about how people came for him for saying it. I decided he wasn’t the kind of person I wanted to support any more. Especially after the “if it’s lost in the Mail or you have issues it’s on you.” That’s not customer service at all. So disappointing, his products are awesome and he could go far if he would keep his mouth shut and do right by his customers. Maybe she got a bad batch of 123 go nails who knows but at least investigate instead of insult n right off the bat

I’ve only ever seen him in a NCE video, but he gave me bad vibes. There are a lot of awesome male experts and brand owners in typically women dominated spaces, but he definitely gives off the vibe of expecting success and praise just because he managed to find of niche in one of these spaces. I only watched the one video, but he also seems like a culture vulture? 🤷♂️ I’m not interested enough in his products to expend anymore energy trying to figure out if my instincts are right or not. It seems like my aversion to him saved me some $$ though.

I ordered from him once and for one.. it took almost 3 weeks to get my 2 products. One of the things I got was the gem gel. During this time I was really exploring resins and gem gels so I had a different product in each nail. His popped off first. He can rant all he wants and make an excuse about how we use it incorrectly or whatever but girl! If your product is that complicated to use I’ll pass. I also don’t understand why he had to speak about a bad review like that... he couldn’t given the girl GOOD advice, instead of calling her ratchet. So unprofessional

So I’ve been using the 123 since they came out. I have over 30 shapes, colors, lengths. You can use primer to etch your nails if you do t have an e-file. I love the press on gel and bubble gum gel that he has. I recommend the press on gel for flatter nails and and the bubble gum gel with higher apex tips like his 5x stiletto.

I tried to order these and it said it wouldn’t deliver to my address. I then saw an Aprés gel nail tip review and ordered theirs and had no problem at all and I love them and they were a lot less expensive! Glad I couldn’t get the max couture ones.

I totally agree with your CS issues. When a customer has a damage issue, the only thing the company should do is replace the item at no charge, or refund the price and let the customer keep the item. I agree that CS is the heart of a company and it is important to care about your clientele.
So you want your money back but you also want to keep the item? How about send the item back as well

Customer shouldn't have to pay for postage to return something the company should have done a better job packaging in the first place. For something like leaky monomer a reputable business will just resend a new bottle or refund without asking for the damaged item back because it's cheaper for them to not have to pay for a return label on something they can't even resell. Not like the post office even wants people shipping returns of leaky monomer bottles.
I was one those who requested this so 😊 thank you! I wasn’t aware of his attitude until after ordering and just like you I got that same long disclaimer. I had become interested in doing my own nails prior to the stay at home order so it just turned out to be perfect timing. The shipping was taking forever, or at least to me it was, I emailed him and I ended up getting two day shipping through FedEx.... which I definitely appreciate. However none of the excuses his past actions which are probably indicative of his current actions 🤦🏽♀️ A great product does not excuse bad customer service. That’s part of business! I work in customer service and deal with angry customers frequently. The very basis of customer service is to turn an unhappy customer into a lifelong customer. Telling a customer “well you buy our product a lot so we’ll just deal with you next time” is so cringey.

Even before covid took over 1 month to get to me from Arizona and I only live in Carson city NV. It's unfortunate to, because once I did get my huge order I did really like the products. Im still using them on my clients to this day and I have a huge reservation about ordering again in the future for sure. I did want to ask you a question about the base gel, mine smells like a few girls vomited in that tiny bottle after a week long Bachelorette party and a lot of tequila. It is absolutely horrendous. That's the only way I can explain it. The smell is so strong and nauseating that it makes me ill. I cover my face with my shirt and hold my breath. My nail clients even asked me not to use it which is fine with me. It works great though but omg the smell. And its even worse when its time to remove it with the drill. 🤢🤮 So, i guess I'm just curious if yours has a smell, i noticed that you didn't mention anything about smells of the products. The Shinee top coat is everything though. Of course I did write MANY times to him and his horrible customer service and nothing was ever resolved for me either so you are definitely NOT the only one with issues from enail couture. I've been doing nails almost 30 years now and I have NEVER had a shopping experience like this before or had a product make me get that sick to my stomach. I do want to end this on a good note though, and not about him, your nails are beautiful, your work is amazing and I love your videos. I ordered 200 dollars worth of glitter from them and hated half of them because they looked nothing like the online pictures on their Instagram or website, and didn’t match the descriptions. Sent them pictures after my call with them and they never replied. Not happy with them at all, especially since it was a giant order.

I ship stuff all the time via USPS and he is right that once the package is dropped off with the PO how it is handled is out of his hands. However, shipping a bottle full of liquid should be bubble wrapped and shipped in a box, not a bubble mailer. That was negligence on his part. And, if he's shipping priority, that automatically comes with shipping insurance so if the items are damaged upon delivery he can file a claim with usps, ship out replacement products and he won't be out any money or product. That's just bad business

I haven’t had issues with ordering and I do love the products but after seeing that live when he said what he said. Then seeing her video. I was shocked. Then I had seen a live shortly after that and he brought up people came for him for saying “ratchet” but yet never apologized for saying it. Just snarky about how people came for him for saying it. I decided he wasn’t the kind of person I wanted to support any more. Especially after the “if it’s lost in the Mail or you have issues it’s on you.” That’s not customer service at all. So disappointing, his products are awesome and he could go far if he would keep his mouth shut and do right by his customers. Maybe she got a bad batch of 123 go nails who knows but at least investigate instead of insult n right off the bat

I’ve only ever seen him in a NCE video, but he gave me bad vibes. There are a lot of awesome male experts and brand owners in typically women dominated spaces, but he definitely gives off the vibe of expecting success and praise just because he managed to find of niche in one of these spaces. I only watched the one video, but he also seems like a culture vulture? 🤷♂️ I’m not interested enough in his products to expend anymore energy trying to figure out if my instincts are right or not. It seems like my aversion to him saved me some $$ though.

I ordered from him once and for one.. it took almost 3 weeks to get my 2 products.
One of the things I got was the gem gel. During this time I was really exploring resins and gem gels so I had a different product in each nail. His popped off first. He can rant all he wants and make an excuse about how we use it incorrectly or whatever but girl! If your product is that complicated to use I’ll pass.
I also don’t understand why he had to speak about a bad review like that... he couldn’t given the girl GOOD advice, instead of calling her ratchet. So unprofessional

So I’ve been using the 123 since they came out. I have over 30 shapes, colors, lengths. You can use primer to etch your nails if you do t have an e-file. I love the press on gel and bubble gum gel that he has. I recommend the press on gel for flatter nails and and the bubble gum gel with higher apex tips like his 5x stiletto.
I saw him on Suzie's channel! He gave me 2 faced vibes.. Suzie also seemed kinda uncomfortable in the review she did with his products to.

I tried to order these and it said it wouldn’t deliver to my address. I then saw an Aprés gel nail tip review and ordered theirs and had no problem at all and I love them and they were a lot less expensive! Glad I couldn’t get the max couture ones.
