At 45:12 you don´t really lose that pawn. That is why caslteing is the best move there. If the opponent would tkae that from you so called "free" pawn they need to go lengths to keep their bishop alive because you still have Qa4+ ideas. You already noticed that the opponent was underdeveloped. Now you need to play into the strengths of your opening. And on of the major ideas is to bring the queen earlier into the game by playing c4. c4 doesn´t only flank the center but also opens the diagonal of the queen....
