Great advice. My wife caught me not practicing safe sanding and then found the wadded up tack cloth which I could not explain under pressure. She told me this is why we can't have nice things, left a letter on the end table and moved in with a man that has a larger shop or so she says with a smirk. So take this advice seriously! You have been apprised.
Oh man I had been having all sorts of issues but now I see what I was doing wrong. I had been stupidly opening the tack cloth bag and using the filler material inside. What a dummy I am! Thanks for the great tips!
I've been searching all over RUclips for a video to help me with this!! Thank you for explaining everything so well. I can tell you are a professional! I cant wait to use these tips and techniques next time I am sanding.
I never realized the serious extent and dangers in sanding. Thank you so much for this information and for your zeal in saving lives! I will never again look the same way at sanding a piece of wood!
@@nelsonleemiller well I guess the whole video...the safety info was valid, however expert advice to use a tack cloth, when in fact expert never removed the tack cloth from the original package...I can understand if it was a comedy, the ending was quite hilarious...my concern and how I got to your video, is that some people really don’t know the many purposes/differences in tack cloths and therefore the instructions you provided would be of no use to them...I’m not familiar with your channel, maybe those that follow you regularly understood straight away...just asking a question, and I suppose if it’s not a joke maybe inform you that the cloth works much better once it’s removed from the plastic packaging...

We all make mistakes, but it takes real men to admit to them! :)

Thank you so much for your kind words. I'm all about safety. Please disregard the proximity of the demonstration to the table saw, it was unplugged.
@@nelsonleemiller hahahahaha... ha.
First comment! I look forward to the next installment of the video, this is the most helpful video I have seen on this subject.
Great, thank you so much for the kind words!
Was this an snl skit?
Just my own weird humor 😜
Nice but you didn’t use the tack cloth❗️
Oh, was I supposed to open the plastic and use that inner lining?
Was this a joke, I really hope so???
Which part?
