Shame on our criminal justice system, where is punishment???...... the crux of the issue is, who the hell committed crime, who are the culprits, whether the criminals identified, what was the role of college principal, what exactly happened on the day of crime, whether Sanjay roy misleading the whole case?????? It's two weeks now, nothing concrete is ascertained, CBI enquiry appears to be totally BJP's third rared politics just to keep the fire against state govt.... Arguments in supreme court, the way the case presented, the way it was opposed clearly demonstrates the justice system is totally insensitive and dead.... .. We all failed the victim and her family in a most shameless way.... Supreme court totally disappointed the entire nation and utterly failed in its duty as usual....... 😎..

It is true that the government of WB and the police in particular made blunders. Should the judiciary applaud the agitators to intensify their activities. Should they not allow the CBI to take the next step. So far the SC was neutral for the last two years. But now it looks as if the SC is taking a stand along with the Supreme powers.
