Flashback to when you tiptoed around in a pool while a snapping turtle tried to snap at you. Also I love it when snakes swim, especially pythons, ball pythons, retics, burmese pythons, all of em.
I completely feel you on the whole double coated dog. I used to have Huskies and their fur was SO much to maintain. Especially during bathing. I brushed them regularly and I make sure to brush as much undercoat BEFORE bathing, and then I brush again after bathing while I did their blow drying to help release any shedding that I've missed. I used lots of different brushes too to help get as much loose hair as I can and it really reduced the shedding. Double coated dogs are a lot of work and I always tell people that they can't afford to slack off with their grooming! I hope you put out a video to help educate people with dogs who have long coats. There can never be too much of that kind of content imo
Damn, so many cute moments, it starts with Kaa's drinking mlems and just escalates from there. The aftermath from Kibas bath is crazy! but he is such an adorable little bear, so worth it!
Yea had the same problems with my dog, he hated water comming from a hose and would constantly moan and cry, but letting him near a lake, and I knew I either had to get wet myself to get him out or get a good book and wait.
I have two Australian shepherds that are conformation, obedience, rally, agility, etc dogs so they get bathed fairly frequently for competition & the amount of work they do. We also spend lots of time line brushing & trimming feet, hocks, ears, nails etc. My horses also get bathed in the summer before & after competitions so that they can get the appropriate liniments & such applied. In the winter we just do regular grooming & power drying to keep the dust & dirt off :) Loved watching you bathe all of your pets!
My favorite grooming tool for my grooming business. "Sav ur Fur bathing system" It cuts down on the bath and I don't have to spend an additional hour brushing out undercoat!
Early! I'm always so happy to see Em's beautiful face, and the animals squishy little faces. Em, you inspire me everyday to pursue my dream of working with animals in the future, thank you for sparking the flame for my undying love for animals💕 Also, please give Kiba some head pats for me😁💕
15:29 it looks like if kiba was that kid from little rascals 🤣🤣🤣 And also i like how you always answer coments thats what makes you one of my favorite youtubers
The 2018 bathing video was the first video of yours I watched! It's been a great time being a part of the Creature Crew over the years, and I'm so proud of how happy your animals are and the growth and self-love you have shown. Keep up the great work! :D
I have an american staffordshire to bathe. I usually take him to run and play before I bathe him, it helps me since he is calmer after running, also since he is feeling hot he runs straight to the shower to cool himself
Today was supposed to be our dog's bath day. He fought, jumped, hid, and basically put up the biggest fight ever. Hubby decided he has won this one and is now laying next to me in all his stinking glory. 😅 Watching your videos makes me miss my ferrets they were so wonderful and I LOVE their smell. I love you and all your babies. Sending you lots of love.
Great video Em! ❤️🐾🚿 Would LOVE to see a video of how you groom Kibs at some point. Sometimes my sheltie's coat is a bit too much to handle, so would happily listen to any advice you give 😊
I have 2 boxer dogs. One of them likes the shower going instead of a bath but the other one is a little princess and sits there with her paw on my leg.
Awe!!! This is such a cute video!!!! Bath time.. some of my animals worst nightmare. My dog, Chewie, she is a Pomeranian, and she DESPISES baths. Some of my snakes like baths, while my youngest snake is still getting used to baths. My lizards enjoy taking baths, my guinea pigs don’t take baths, and my rats rarely take baths. When I am bathing my reptiles I usually put a rock in their bath. The rats get the usual towel trick, my dog just gets baths. Stay safe and healthy, love you always! ♥️
I've always loved snakes but the first one I ever held was this week at the reptile park in Australia and it was a three metre Burmese Python. I had a moment of "oh dear what if this is how I find out I'm scared of them" but as soon as they put her (her name is fluffy) on my shoulders I fell instantly in love. They're so soft and the weight of her was so comforting
Hi Em! I love your channel and all your animals! I will be getting a ferret soon this month and I’m so EXCITED! 😆 Also, can you do a video on how to introduce a ferret to a dog or any animals because I have a Bernese mountain dog that is 112 lbs and 3 cats. I really want them to be nice to each other and it has been a concern of mine ever since I’ve wanted ferrets. So If you could make a video on how to introduce them, that would be GREAT!
honestly really appreciate you pointing out the difficulty of double coats in dogs. i have a labrador and something i find very frustrating is how despite them being one of the most popular dog breeds so many people don't know they're double coated and think they're very low maintenance! nooooope.
I appreciate you politely commenting about not owning a pet if you can’t care of them without talking down or judging. I have a 13 year old ragdoll who is very well behaved and we’ve got fur control down but taking care of pets can be taxing and I know I’m not in a mental space clear enough to take care of another pet as much as I’d love more it just wouldn’t be fair and I don’t think I’d get another pet for quite a while after my little one passes on.
I have one dog small enough to bathe in the sink and one so big he must bathe in the shower 😂 My 21 month old 125lb Rottweiler gets so dirty at his daycare he gets a bath every other week or so. I love seeing Kiba since my dog and him are so close in age. Really fun to see Kiba's true size under all that lush fur. He is quite a small boy without the fluff. Loved the video. Definitely adding the towel to the bottom of the sink/shower for my pups from now on.
I bathe my hermann tortoise every 3 days you don’t need to bathe them that much but it helps with hydration and she relaxes and enjoys it and when she’s done she starts trying to climb out the storage tub
Hi I know you probably won't see this or reply but I just want you to know that you are my favorite RUclipsr and I also love animals you really inspired me to do more research when I get animals .I just want to say thank youuu!!!!!
I have a Keeshond and after I get asked what breed he is the very next question is "Does he shed?" And I always say yes absolutely. But, I knew that grooming was going to be a primary part of his life and it's a weekly pamper time for him and he loves it. They don't shed near as bad or much as our corgi did believe it or not. He blows his coat the typical twice a year for about 2 weeks. I love him to pieces 🥰
My female ferret doesn't mind water, as long as it's all on her terms. My boy on the other hand, he's my little otter boy. He always tries to join me when I'm showering😂
I used your method for bathing my snakes and the decrease in stress for them is incredible, I always thought bathing was just gonna be one those necessary but stressful thing for them. I'll be doing it this way from now on. Although my grey ratsnake apparently didn't like the island and thought my arm made a better island. I'll probably still use a rub for tiny snakes but I can put and island in the like a flannel or something.
*You. Are. Worthy.*

you. are. amazing!
Thanks Em🥲

So same Zippy is a baguette and a sausage
Would be a great name for a pairing of ferrets lolz.
Human tip: oats are also really good in baths if your skin tends to get dry or if you have eczema
I like it for my face when it’s irritated!
I like oatmeal soaps for my hands when I can get it.
They're great for dermatographia too!!
Oatmeal can also be good for mild allergic reactions to help relieve the itching or discomfort

Thank you!!!
Kiba's adorable face as you're talking and bathing him.

as a groomer, THANK YOU for mentioning how important it is to keep your dog brushed out. the amount of matted dogs i see daily is heartbreaking.
