Use pavement roads it helps lessen the traffic because vehicles cannot spawn on it,so less vehicles spawning,less traffic while still providing access road for your buildings

something else to remember is that if your city grows large enough you might need a second industrial zone, which will help your city's traffic because you wont have the entire town clogging up the same roads and the citizens wont have to deal with an overly long commute.
i prefer to use commercial zones to sepparate, bcc they don't complain about noise and pollution, and it is a useful hint to who just wants to increase population

Just a headsup, i dont know if you lying about using x64 traffic on every vídeo but this 4x4 grid is giving me a lot of traffic and jamming, 8x8 + or +10x4 and stretched zoning with avenues behaves a lot better for 1x + traffic, my traffic design was perfect with a highway connecting both industrial and comercial/residencial zona but I couldnt get clean smooth traffic with 4x4 grids

For example if something gets destroyed and you need to clean up the rubbish, what I do instead of paying 1kT for each square, I put a dirt road on top of it and destroy that dirt road saving me 900+kT per square. I have a question tho. Why do industrial freight trains not work? They always show 0/30 usage even if I put the station in the heart of my industrial area. Its been like this for years now. If you know why please tell me.

Are you using cranes to load trains in industrial area, then cranes at harbor to off load? The freight trains just move product from industry to harbor and visa versa
Ye you can build residential zone beside industrial just built filter plant between it. And observe noise cause filters can't block noise but there's no problem just don't build it too close
Brother please help me How to use trains? What's use of Avenue road? What are custom buildings? Different structures like which parks better, which education etc etc building better? Please make more videos
- vanilla train are not fixed yet by the developer - avenue road is a large road like arterial road, it has more speed than country road - i don't know custom building - bigger park has more area affected than smaller ones
I dont know why, but it kind of seems unrealistic of you to remove the traffic light on some four-way intersections. I mean, I'm building a city so yeah
U need rich residents, and you get that when you can provide certain amount of services/happiness in your town. These services include but aren't reduce to: Police Firemen Doctor Low Education High Education Parks Sports Ambient (Lack of contamination) Transport Silence (Lack of noise) Fair taxes. You can put it up to 8% tax for everyone and that will give you a 50% tax happiness, that happens to be enough to have the people be ok with it. You can always reduce the tax income if you want to further improve your odds tho, GL.

Kalo zona penduduk padat itu membuat gedung tinggi dan penduduknya lebih banyak dari zona penduduk biasa. Begitu juga komersil dan industri padat dia menyediakan lebih banyak lapangan pekerjaan daripada zona yg biasa

Gak tau dgn keadaan elevated train gimana, gak pernah bikin soalnya banyak makan lahan.
anyone who claims they play with x1 or higher traffic and have no issues is lying, just one single 6x6 industry zone and 700 pop will be enough to generate more traffic then any roads in the game can handle, all the traffic just go in circles around the industry grid and completely lock up the roads, the traffic simulation in this game is some of the worst i've ever seen.

Yeah the gems thing it's actually sth of saving gems, and it only takes like 2 days to get around 100 gems (or more) (Wich is a lot)
after two days for starters you could only get 20

the area between residential/commercial and industrial can be 4 tiles if used with the air purifier mod i think BUT you still have the noise problem.
