Sehr schönes Video weckt Erinnerung als ich noch ein kleiner Junge war und im Oldenburger Hafen die Kümos Lagen.
***** Danke......und nun sind sie leider alle wech.....man wollte ja die RIA zum Museumsschiff in Brake machen, leider gab es von der Stadt keine Genehmigung und kein Liegeplatz obwohl der Binnenhafen Platz genug bietet, es findet dort fast KEIN Umschlag mehr statt.

This takes me back many years when I worked for Crescent Shipping, we used to make our way over to the near Continental ports then back to London the ports and rivers in the southeast of the UK. now the small trade I was in has all but gone, the River Thames and the london dock almost disappeared, and now the river on the east coast have almost dried up, or should I say silted up with the lack of use, it was kept open by the constant trading up and down these rivers, I can remember the mill at Rochford in Essex have seen as many as 5 small coasters and Barges in there waiting to be unloaded, now all gone pulled down, there was always chatter on the VHF band amongst the small Coasters and Barges now it remains silent most of the time. The first Barge I was crew on never had a Marine radio until later, The River Thames and the river Medway will never be the same. Good times remembered never forgotten. Thank you for your film, great stuff, and memories.
Thank you, yes, it was similar with the small shipping here too, a lot has changed, docks were closed, the small coastal ships have almost all disappeared when I edited the video, so I have everything I can to videos of the small ones Ships had packed into the film, unfortunately the music doesn't fit right, but Google doesn't give anything better, once I had to change the music because of the copy rights.

Wow die MS Claus von Gottfried Serafin 0:42 war ich drauf 1970 so rum... 17:32 man ist das ne Beule von Schiff die MS Steenborg EX Berta Morgenroth...Das Video allgemein hat bei mir eine super 1 verdient.. ich selber bin Braker und kann nur sagen Moin Moin :D ach ja DiFooll habe ich natürlich Abonniert. so geiht dat.

Auf so ein keumo fing ich 1959 als schiffsjunge an .die lucken waren noch mc stem mit der hand und hacken,das waren keine
scheonen zeiten und schon garnicht im winter in finland.

Thank you for a valuable document, but...... 3 ships should NOT be included in this video (maybe in a seperate one, for less old ships), these are the Vega ( at 8.23) far too new and square (a total different period, suitable for containers), the Hera (15.14) also too new and the Christa Kerstin (at 21.21) , all dating from halfway the seventies and although old(er) now too, they are a total different generation. Thanks for the video , like I said, a valuable document.

Zunächst mal danke für die tolle Arbeit! ABER. Nur, weil Dein Videoschnittprogramm es ermöglicht, Szenen mit Hintergrundmusik zu versehen, MUSS man das nicht unbedingt machen.... Und wenn, dann bitte nicht solchen Gema-freien James-Last-Biscaya-Verschnitt, es ist ja nicht zum Aushalten!
Vielen Dank, ich musste die Musik an den Stellen einbauen weil man durch zu starken Wind kein Wellengang und keine richtigen Windgeräusche hören, einfach nur ein brummen und knurren, die Musik musste ich schon einmal ändern wegen den Copyright, leider hab ich bei YT zu der Zeit nix besseres gefunden.
