I truly do believe that Maddie still was a better dancer. Majority of Sophia's solos consisted of turns. That's great and all but Maddie actually had emotion and technique for a wide variety of skills.

I agree. I wish we could have seen Sophia do a solo with more than just turn after turn. Or maybe a duet with Maddie or Chloe

I find it very weird there are people existing on the internet with children thumbnails comparing preteens from a decade ago who were on a reality tv show. I watched this clip becuase I did not know Sophia was dancing again and wanted to see her progression as a dancer. If you learned anything from the show, know that comparing dancers solely based on choreography is not indiciative of actual skill and being parasocial through children is toxic.

@@moonfreakgaming She really is a talented turner, but I just wonder if her choreographer was the one who wanted her to only turn. Its great and all but if she had wanted to be on Broadway I don't think turns are the way to go.

@@moonfreakgaming 100% fair. However, it would be nice to see her do other moves or styles to show her versatility. Btw I am mainly talking about her time on dance moms. She got like two or three solos and they were genuinely ALL turns and a couple jumps. Sophia was and STILL is an amazing dancer. I’m so glad that we can see her do other things now.
