good job Allan on the review ....really like that design and it was more effective then we thought it would be .... would like to do a side by side comparison with our Keene 140s to see how it compares with capturing fine Gold..... we smashed that like button and Slim Subscribed so we can see more ...... keep the vids a coming and watch out for that wind .....stay safe my friend
Would love to know the complete weight, dimensions, and if there is a bellows (self powered) I don't like hauling fuel. I'd rather haul drinking water. Thank you for your time and efforts
Thx for posting Allan! This past winter I ran a Royal Drywasher at the Duisenburg LDMA Camp with the manufacturer. We used a "rake riffle", designed by Royal, which is an option you can purchase and add if you own or buy one of Robert's drywashers. The "rake riffle" also uses raised studs to help break up the feed material as it slides downward, but they are spread out more in the riffle box instead of being loaded up at the top of the box, so I would say the "pulverizer" is the same idea just a different implementation. I ran about a yard of material from the property and was very happy with the performance of the drywasher and the fine gold recovery I got. I do feel the raised studs are an improvement for most material you would typically find out in the desert.. I like the screen and reduced air hole size in the lower part of this machine to try to catch more fine gold, I agree with Jeff Williams some head-to-head testing of the different washers is in order to see if that actually helps!
The reason the pulverizing part works so well, the screws that contact the ore have thousands of contact points which are extremely sharp vibrating hundreds of times per minute, doing a great job of pulverizing, and with Allen's screen and lower air volume idea ,the two combined , produces amazing results
Cool drywasher! I sometimes use what I call a "drywasher poncho" on windy days to keep the dust contained. Imagine a clear vinyl drape extending down from all the way around the hopper enclosing the whole drywasher down to the ground with tent stakes through grommets holding it in place from the wind. I sewed a tent zipper in the front for easy access to the tray. Buddy C.~
Hi Buddy ! Thanks for sharing your idea. Makes good sense. Maybe that's why Keene invented their enclosed machine ? Thanks for watching, and best of luck prospecting !! 🤠⛏⚒👍

I would like to share knowledge. So I can have one. I prefer my puffer. Because even though it slower. I found puffers give more fine gold.
That is an amazing machine. My de-watering screen is up and running and ready to play. It would be interesting to run the tailing from that machine through my gold cube and see if it can pic any up after your done.
Good to hear from you Brock ! Tried to find you on FB, but no luck. Not on my block list either. Glad to hear you got the dewater screen going ! Oh, no doubt, there's gold left over. Best of luck to you !! 🤠⛏⚒👍👍👍
It does work good.. But thats Alot of cons, and parts to clean, .. but Still a Nice setup.. is good to see someone trying new stuff on Dwashers... great review!!
When I heard the name I was excited . . . "pulverizing"! But it doesn't pulverize, it separates. It's the best unit I've seen for what it does, and I'll probably get one, unless I can find one that actually pulverizes. Good job of reviewing this unit and thanks for bringing us along.
I beg to differ with you Richard. It pulverizes clay and dirt clots that could contain gold. Separation is considered screening. Pulverizing rocks requires large equipment and energy that is impractical for this type of unit.
@@allansgoldmining Actually by definition pulverizing is "crushing or grinding" this does neither of those, but it does reduce material to powder. So if that is what you are saying you are correct. That being said I want one. Great video.
Good review Allan. You can tell a lot of thought went into that dry washer even for a guy that has never ran a dry washer before. Good luck on your claim this year or before it gets to hot.
Hi Alan. Probably not too much demand for dry washer up there. 🤔 However, if it gets too hot down here, I'll move up your way. Lol ! Found new ground on claim that's yielding chunky gold. Will post another video soon. Thanks for watching !!
GOOD NEWS and the sad news for me to have to pass on my cost to build the EZ 1 . Since I built the EZ 1 for Allen and me , the price of nearly everything has doubled or nearly doubled. it's my desire for every week end prospector to own one and get max gold recovery for all your hard work. If we can figure out how to lower manufacturing cost, it will be passed own to you. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDERS, we will have a new price soon. Thanks Allen for your amazing presentation of the unit, Just awesome.
Hi Alex. Dry washers are not perfect in recovery, however, much easier to use than a wash plant. No doubt there's some leftovers. It did a pretty good job recovering someone else's tails ! 👍⚒⛏🤠
The good news is you don't have to be a Pro to set up an EZ1, Just get the dirt flowing evenly or level across it and it will catch your GOLD , The built in features is AMAZING
Hi Jamie. I've tested it on virgin ground with high clay content. Did a good job breaking down those clots. However, haven't had a chance to run cubic yard of virgin ground. I expect it to do well.
The main reason the pulverizing part works so well is those screws have thousands of contact points which are extremely sharp, vibrating many times per minute . really does a great job of pulverizing Thanks for watching
Allan great review. I think if you lift the riffles up while its running the material will just empty into a bucket thats the way I clean up my royal drywasher. What type of 4 cycle blower do you use and would you recommend it?
Yeah, you're probably right about that. It was my first time using it, to simulate a "first time user." I have Troy Bilt 3" blower. Seems to work good. I'm sure they make a 4" ? Bought mine from the Gold Lady in Golden Valley, AZ
Any time something is pulverized it's just the reduction of size from is original size..to smaller particles. Sounds very effective on that miserable desert clay areas or even small globs of calichie. Typo in sure lol

The volume of air is what makes it work. We used a Walmart Hyper Tough 450 CFM for $59 at the time, I think they are a few models with variable speed, the Hyper Tough has 2 speeds.
