The talk about water reminded me a lot of when I went to a fantastic Wood Brothers show last year with Lake Street Dive. It was in Dayton, Ohio. It started to down pour! Huge rain storm. Then Oliver said we were going to sing the rain away. It never occurred to me before that concert just how many songs they do have about rain unlit I was sitting in the rain listening to them sing about rain.
these guys are some of the best performers working today.
My toddler started saying "happy" for the first time listening to this. Then she was stuck on repeat just like the chorus. Lol You can't fool kids. ;-) The Wood Bros. are amazing, and she knows it.
Oh man..I have forgotten what an amazing sound Chris Wood gets out of his bass. Man what a tasteful player!
Absolute CRIMINALLY under appreciated and underrated band writing great songs that make you feel good. Glad I still get to enjoy them in wonderful venues and great rooms for shows. This Roots and Rock with Americana thrown in at its best.
had the pleasure of seeing them last month for the 1st time. Albums are great, they even better live.. a must see in my mind

I interviewer wasn't there. plus the sound guys got to get this bass thing together for you're losing everybody love you guys I'm having so much fun but Tech Guy an interview or are getting in the way of performance that I'm looking forward to thanks for the great music I've been listening to you guys since the moment I first heard you and thinking about your father and your mother the way that they influence you guys I really appreciate it thank you for all the happiness Jones that you've given me
what I meant to say is I wish the interviewer was cut out of this because I just want to hear the Wood Brothers and not questions that are pretty obvious I'm not a negative person but the interview or should not be thinking he's part of the show that's all have fun guys loving all the music
