    He is not getting into the details. When selling to carvana or carmax or any other dealer like them the title has to be titled under your name. Carmax requires to be at least 30days titled under your name. Also when carvana and carmax runs the vin after you click the next step they automatically deduct about 40% off their initial offer if the vehicle has been in AAI or copart auction. I have sold about 15 cars to them. Oh and the 5car limit per person has never been a problem for me and I don’t have a dealer license

    • @cubedmack
      @cubedmack 2 месяца назад +4

      So, basically you need to make sure you buy at a good low price because Carvana and CarMax will low ball you if the vehicle is coming from IAA or Copart.

    You are gonna sit on that for a while while you get a title and be careful on a flip DO NOT SIGN THE TITLE. Give them a unsigned seller title so it can be transfered You also need to get it registered and registered because unless you are going to keep it INSIDE it can be towed from your property in most states if it has no plates

    • @makingmylifebetter
      @makingmylifebetter 2 месяца назад

      That's called an "open title". In most states it is illegal to buy and sell in that way, I know for a fact it's illegal in Arkansas and Oklahoma, but that being said, yes you can do it that way but if your caught it won't be good and will probably hurt you being able to actually sell cars legally in your state.

    • @fladave99

      @@lifeofshedler7629 Agree as the final owner but in a flip in florida you are allowed to hold the car as long as you do not register it and not sell or pay tax till it is registered by the final owner. Actually, no one would even know that you bought the car cause there is no transaction data. Not sure about other states but how are dealers supposed to buy and sll if they have to title and pay sales tax on every car. Pretty sure at least if you are a dealer you can hold without sale and in Florida an individual can also hold without sale . I just did a transaction like that where my seller DID NOT sign the title when I bought the car as the buyer but he NEVER REGISTERED THE CAR and only flipped it to me, I signed as new buyer.and title co say it was legal cause I was wondering too

    No I don’t think this will work. In my experience you need to physically inspect about ten Copart cars to find one good deal. Their fees are very high, they take a long time to get you the title, and I think carvana has rules about who and what they will buy. How many times have you done this sir? Hope you’re not giving advice on something you haven’t done multiple times yourself.
