@@SpeakingCommonSense Hi! In his other longer creamer video he mentions to avoid additives such as carrageenan, maltodextrin, and anything that says natural flavors as it is all additives. I just learned that we should avoid sucralose (Splenda) as it pulls the good bacteria out of your gut making it harder for your body to take up vitamins and prescription drugs. Plus it is known to cause leukemia in rats. And sucralose will also get stored in fat cells which is one of your bodies ways to get rid of harder toxins. Scary stuff!! And I know that aspartame should be avoided like the plague. It's found in a lot of diet sodas and diet foods. I'm sure there are more but here's a few. Hope this helps!

So glad for this video, the choices of coffee creamers out now have come a long way. I have been looking for better creamers over the years and have already changed the way I drink coffee since my 80's days of only taking my coffee light and sweet..😄

I have finally given up on finding healthy and relatively inexpensive creamer.. I’ve started to purchase coconut milk in a can and that’s my creamer now..
D1nk13 I’ve been doing that for 4 years now using coconut milk in a can is where it’s at. Sometimes I throw in lavender or vanilla sweetener sometimes

I was in whole foods today..I bought the unsweetened almond milk by malk to try. Also, refined expeller pressed non gmo organic coconut oil. The 365 brand.And a bunch of organic produce amongst other things too... I will have to try the coffee creamer by malk next time. I enjoy your videos I am learning a lot and your daughter is just to cute for words! Happy New Year too! :)

I have been using plant based creamer for years now. I bought the Nut Pods a month ago....its actually pretty good. I will have to look for MALK❤ Thank you for this....excellent review!!

Love the short video. Tried the nutpod, expensive for the amount you get and hate the taste. Will try the Malk. Perfect timing of this video, I've wasted quite a bit of money trying to find the right creamer & haven't developed the taste for black coffee. Hopefully one of the creamers you suggested will work. I tried Silk Soy Vanilla Dairy-Free coffee creamer this morning. Wow, it's delicious! It was sweet enough that I didn't need sugar. Though it doesn't froth at all, tried to make a cappuccino. Still, it tastes great!

Bobby, you know what would be a great idea for a video? comparing all of the "healthy" products from the grocery store from the 80's and 90's and all of the actual healthy products in the grocery store now ( like boca burgers and soymilk) also the craze that was going on in the 90's with olean and such.. Are the nut pods good if it has no sugar? I bought flavored ones because they were on sale but they say no sugar.

Which is the best coffee creamer that is like Half & Half but non-dairy. None of the non-dairy creamers I've come across make my coffee creamy how I like it.
The almond milk had 2g of added sugar so when is added sugar a ok/good thing?

The Mall vanilla creamer I had said "natural vanilla flavor"! Hopefully they change that. I love their other products though. My go to!
I don't have a gallbladder. That Piknik's mct's turns my gut wrong. I can handle coconut oil mixed in with a whole creamer just fine though.

When my budget was really tight, I just used milk in my coffee. Creamer is one of those 'rather have' purchases I make, but if I had to go back to milk it would be just fine (American).
