No baton is impossible to bend. But a baton that is bent will not be able to eject and push in again, then the tubes will get stuck. ESP batons is used by many police forces in the world.

You mechanical clip at the bottom of your baton that you can adjust to make sure it will always go out as you wish. After that, if you want to, you can pay some extra cash to get hartened one. (As I did) ESP rules.
i see it curls after the first beat up... The chinese and Taiwanese batons that you used are not really the ones the chinese uses, the domestic batons that we use is called GAS batons, which are almost identical to ASP batons.
@MischievousGames I bent a non-hardened ESP during training just by hitting a bag, not even a hard wood.If you want to be good with your baton you have to train, and if you bend one anytime you train its expensive.I train every day, that would be $70 the week with a cheap baton.That's more than a hardened ESP.Once its bent you dont have as much control over your strikes and you lose power too. Believe me even if that would still hurt someone you dont want your baton to bend during a fight.

I have a Hi-Tech 21' expandable baton ......I know its a low quality item my question is when I expanded the weapon and the top bar pop or flies off is there a way to fix it if I put a somewhat ring stopper and then reassemble the top piece couldn't keep it from popping up again or it's just a piece of junk and I should just I junk it...the bar is not bent so I'm need info to repair it.......hope you understand what I'm saying.....thank you if you can send me a reply

@CallMeAndyx3 i got 3 stage, made from HARD STEELL and CHROM outside.....i think 3stage is better than 2....long, more power and more "feeling" balance when handle it...

@SVKmellow triplek (just add a dot com) and they sell a clip for ESP batons that allows an easier IWB (inside the waistband) carry. i personally have one for my baton and i even put one on my MK3 can of pepper spray works GREAT and is cheaper than any quality sheath/ pouch than i have seen for either item! (i am not responsible for anything that happens due to my advice i do not know the laws in your area and it is your responsibility to understand and follow your local laws)

@NarowAR07 ASP is stronger steel 4140 which is poured in germany as they can't make that strength in the USA. Other Industry leading manufacturers that are better than ESP like Monadnock and Casco they make their hardened steel batons using 4130 heat treated steel which is not as superior as ASP but still way stronger than non hardened steel. The non hardened steel ones by ESP are designed as a cheap alternative for just self defense. ASP is the best because they are the strongest on the market

I bought my 21" ESP HARDENED baton for 10 000 Hungarian Forint which is about 36,21 USD while these non-hardened batons are cheaper, but you could buy the 10th low quality tool while im still using my first esp baton :) FACT: Hardened batons are for special forces, or police, for civilian use you can buy cheaper batons too. Im obsessed with quality, thats the only reason why i bought the hardened version :)
so bias.....when you strike with the ESP you let it bounce but when you strike with C/T made they were solid strike. Im not saying the C/T made were sound, it just your video didn't seems to be justify for the products.

ESP batons are of 110% quality, I promise you.

Some people think the ASP baton is too hardened, you can find videos here on youtube where ASP batons breaks right off. I recommend the ESP batons.
