Stone Court Centre The Old Gaol Roscommon Town Interactive Heritage Tour - POI 3*

Former Prison, built in the 1730's-1740's. The architect is thought to be Richard Cassels. It is the reputed residence of "Lady Betty" the Merciless Hangwoman of Roscommon.
