Ingredients for the pita:
6 cups of flour
1 pack of instant yeast (if they will use fresh yeast, it will be enough if they use half a pack)
10 grams of granulated sugar (one and a half teaspoons)
1 teaspoon of milk
10 grams of salt (one and a half teaspoons)
50 milliliters (a little less than half a teaspoon of olive oil)
As much water as it takes (not too runny, but we will get a Light Hand holding dough)
Oat bran for sprinkling under the pitas
To spread on the pita:
1 egg
1 tablespoon of yogurt
If the yoghurt is thick, use a little water.
** Let's bake in the oven heated to 220 degrees.
Ingredients for Tarhana Soup:
1 tablespoon of butter
3 full tablespoons of tarhana
1 tablespoon of chili paste
2 cloves of Fresh Garlic (if you use dried garlic, one clove is enough)
1 cup of bone broth (optional)
hot water until it reaches the desired consistency
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon ground rock salt
1 teaspoon dried mint
