He has sat 4 years in county for this circus.
4 years in county plus another 2 potential years waiting for the trial completion..... buddy is basically serving his time like a guilty person as is now. Then its all circumstantial arguments and brady list cops testimony with convict witnesses who got 5 year deals for attempt deleting and full deleting lol just to testify on once again "word of mouth" accusations.
