    I really but really like kettlebell..are underatted tools but i think are pretty the best ones

    Just realised you had your pinky fingers not gripping the weight during the swings, i do the exact same

    I just ordered a 32kg bell. Heavy KB swing really light up my glutes. Can’t do much else with that weight till get stronger. Lots of suit case carry’s as well.

    Is this enough to be done solely? You don't need to pair it with a couple of other exercises?

      To improve your cardio? Absolutely! Trust me I’m am absolutely gassed whenever I finish an endurance based kettlebell workout like this 😅
