I just ordered a 32kg bell. Heavy KB swing really light up my glutes. Can’t do much else with that weight till get stronger. Lots of suit case carry’s as well.
Exactly that @kylesmith6625! @patrickdrumteacher84 start with a manageable weight for your current fitness levels and progress to heavier weights as you improve your fitness. You will build muscle, strength and your cardiovascular fitness 👊

To improve your cardio? Absolutely! Trust me I’m am absolutely gassed whenever I finish an endurance based kettlebell workout like this 😅
