I wondered how virtual teaching for elementary school works in practice. I had to pull my kids out of school in 2020 -2021 because virtual was impossible with my family size. instead I crash coursed Montessori methods and made a school/garden shed for 10 kids grades k through 10 during the pandemic.
I'm a college advisor and could totally advise my students remotely! This is what I want to do after my kids are grown and out of the house. Love your inspirational videos!

What is an "IEP"?
Individualized education plan. Basically a formal document outline the students disability, goals, and services
