    I started to feel massive progress on my legs when I took workout and meal plan from OnlyMeal. I work on my legs 2 times in 10 days on average, and gains are massive. Not only on my legs, but I feel much better about my whole body. I gained 25lbs in 4 months and I am finally feeling much stronger than ever. My daily caloric intake is 3000kcal.

      Most good gyms have solid one piece ones on floor. Or good old plates always work, so you're not hauling around heavy shit in gym bag.

    I'm still working on building my legs. It doesn't happen overnight, but I must keep working not too hard, but hard to where I can have strong legs

    I HATE those Bulgarian Split Squats, But, Josh, you are RIGHT!!! They are SO EFFECTIVE, and you do need to let your knee go all the way down to touch the ground slightly.....GO SLOW when you do them and don't jerk up.....go up at a moderate pace. Have fun.

      Calves are mostly genetic my friend, as much as people can train them you’re very limited if you have skinny quads you may grow them a little bit not much, you can see many big bodybuilders with not good calves it’s just genetics mostly. It’s a small muscle to begin with so you’re very limited on how thick and big you can grow them. Mine are pretty solid but that’s just genetics I never work calves

    I love the hack squat machine but had to stop. It was killing my knees. I'm fine now but it got really bad.

      @@JoshBailey4hey! I stopped using the hack squat machine sometime last year or earlier this years. My knees feel great today. Smith machine squat is fine, goblin squats is fine and so is the leg press.

      Collagen & Glucosamine to start with
      Check British Supplements, their products are genuine and natural.
      Then work on the flexibility & strengthening of your hips and ankles the genesis of the problem may be there…then your calf’s etc

      @@srefi both legs (for that matter both sides of our body) may not have equal power or strength.... some may have strong left side than right side or vice versa.... in that scenario, some are working out one leg (separately) after another for understanding the difference in leg powers... and then they may increase no. of reps to the weaker leg ...
