So the answer is Normal postpartum? I’m confused because total bilirubin is 11.5 and only 1.1 is direct isn’t the rest indirect/unconjugated? That’s why I leaned towards Crigler because UDP deficiency prevents conjugation of bilirubin.

why does breastfeeding failure jaundice get high unconj billy? if they are not getting the enzyme from breast milk to deconjugate the billy why is it not Direct billy that's high?
