i do the same thing you did, i save hanging baskets or sometimes find them thrown out and i buy smaller plants to pot them in. What i do different is that i use a slow release fertilizer

I'm glad I checked out your video today. I'll have to check out those clips you used from Dollar Tree. I have a rose bush that needs some branches tied back and what I use now seems to work okay, except the green plastic tape that comes in a roll doesn't hold up to the heat/sun exposure over a long period of time. I live in southern Arizona and the heat can be unforgiving. Just love your garden, so peaceful.
