The old model I have used ever since you have been PC gaming has been a12025-12cb-3bn-f1. I never even actually knew they had a stronger 120mm fan other than that since I never did any research. I thought they were all the same until last week when I looked around and found these were rated the best cheap 120mm fans. These blow way more. I suggest anybody who wants an upgrade to get this brand.
Great video but i would like to ask something. I have an a320m a-pro max msi motherboard. It has only 1 4pin header for case fans. Does that mean do i need to buy a fan hub? Or with the pst thingy l, could I just connect all of them into that 1 header?(5 f12s pwm pst) Thanks in advance!
Hello, I bought 5 f12 silent with 3 pin connector, and I bought an artic hub, but I cannot adjust the fan speeds, is it possible that depends from the 3 pins!?
The Arctic fan hub is a PWM hub, so I'm not sure if it will work properly with 3 pin (DC) fans. My best guess is you will need to switch the header that you have the hub connected to to DC and "smart" in the bios. Hope that helps.
Is this fan proper for back exhaust fan, bad part is my cpu cooler blow against the gpu is not optimized direction but otherwise ram cant enter so I wonder if this fan on back of case will make temperature better, case got mesh up
Drop like 3 degrees down from processor GPU not moving, but I not expect miracles, case I use is cheap brand copy of Corsair 4000X, not much airflow even fans in front there no mesh and is hotbox. Fan is great for money with 6 year warranty. I use before another model on Arctic and have good impression about it
do they come with a fan hub or something cuz i dont think my motherbaord has enough ports for all 5 fans edit: it seems like you can connect them with the splitter and then only plug in one, but im not sure, can anyone confirm?
Good work, thanks for the review 🙂
Out of all the video reviews ive watched. This is the most informative and straight to the point.
Thanks, glad you found it helpful.

Hey awesome testing methodology, how about compiling a master list of all the fans you can get your hands on!? Ah you're already doing it! Great.
I'm planning to, I'll be putting it up on the HFG discord. but I still have some more fans to test.

It will be fine plugging all five f12's fans into one fan header
Can this fan stop (0 rpm) in low temperature?
Thx
Having your motherboards fan headers in DC mode should let the fan stop.
Great video, thank you very much!
Thanks, glad you liked it.

@@HardwareForGamers I think I have to check how to do it
Great vid,
Thanks 👍

Will it help... Most likely yes

good job man
Glad you found it helpful.
@@HardwareForGamers do you found theres a humming in a certain RPM? Bout to buy this one
@@wingate1010 I didn't notice any hum in my testing.
@@HardwareForGamers Thanks a lot!

Yes, but it's only the PST version that has the splitter . Plus I would recommend not chaining more than 6 fans together.
@@HardwareForGamers ok thank you so much! Im getting the f12 PWM PST so im good, and only needing 4-5 so I think im good
It so amazing 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
How is the game play ?
Sorry what?
maybe he means how are the fans when it comes to gameplay
Thx
Any time
