in my opinion, you should transfer those photos and compare them in one screen. all of those 4 phones have different screen display characteristics and it affects the color in each photos. but nice comparison. thanks.

You should put those pics on a same screen
I've seen plenty of LCD displays from almost all major OEM's but the Xperia XZ has got to be the best looking LCD display out of all of them.
Colour accuracy may not be perfect but I believe Sony knows this so they probably aimed for what they thought was the best balance between saturation and colour accuracy. iPhone 7 has the most colour accurate display of any phone now but I personally feel that aiming for true SRGB accuracy makes a display look a little bland. I'm very pleased with Sony's calibration and I think they didn't go too over the top with saturation.
of course the bottom phones look as if brighter than the top phones, because of the angle, and sony uses LCD IPS rather than OLED so the viewing angle gets altered... i have a z5 and i have to say it's not much different than an xz... they do have the same sensor size and focal length and aperture...
It is good to see Sony is improving year by year. The XZ takes better photos then the Z3, and Z5.
Hi mate, the way you record theses phone is wrong, i mean your camera is too close from the XZ and Performance, the Z3 and Z5 are so far. So the color are not true because the angle of your camera is not the same. Z3 and Z5 look like colorless :/

You should download the images and upload them on 1 device and then compare them. Comparing images displayed on different devices is not a clever idea because the difference in the image quality may come from the difference in the displays and not the cameras. For example, the display of the XZ is way brighter than the one of the Z3, so the pictures shown on the XZ look better because they are brighter, but if you show them on the Z3 display they may look even worse then the ones actually taken by the Z3.
The screen of xz looks much vibrant and brighter

XZ has got a really good camera but i think z5's screen brightness is automatic
xz has impressive colors and true whites. Sony outdid themselfs but the XZ will never get recognition because of the bias media.

In Brazil the tecnology channels only said bullshits of the XZ's camera and now we can see the Xperia X Performance that have a Galaxy S7 level(by DxOMark) beated by the XZ. Maybe a Google Pixel opponent or XZ will be the king of mobile's camera?

sorry, but why is everyone lovin this review so much? it's actually garbage. i mean i can see the effort that was put in and i'm ready to give credit for that, but this is more like a screen comparison than a camera comparison. it's really useless. upload the photos or insert them in the video. are we supposed to see details or what? how can you even compare the camera quality lookin at different screens. it's ridiculous
