Thanks for a great tutorial I just finished setting my new ET 2850 up. i used the Epson Smart Panel App and it was really easy. I also found out that I don't have to turn it off. After I do a print job it will go to sleep and awaken again when I send another print job to it.
Why is my printer not printing the entire image , it’s brand new. It took forever for me to get the dtf film to feed through . 2 different brands of paper & the printer seems to only print 1 inch of the image
I tried setting up the printer using my cell phone and the printer screen. Nothing worked. So far, the ET-2850 on my desk is little more than a large paper weight.
I tried it several times but then I got my phone really close to the printer like almost right on top of it , and it worked after that , and I didn't have to have the phone close like that anymore.

I love this printer. I have connected my laptop and my android phone to the printer. Is it possible to connect my husband's phone to the printer too?
Could please tell me where the USB port is? I unscrewed the back right side panel and still could not locate the USB port. Thank you in advance.

I have the disk from the package, but I don't know how to insert disk since computer is touch screen.
How did you get the test page to print?! You completely skipped over that… help!

make sure you are installing it on pc or cell phone .
How do you set up the double sided function on this printer?
