When studying i usually playing lyrical music(even tho many people say if you want study listen to intrumental, but for me it's making me lazy and want to sleep) We all can enjoy to study if we know what is the most comfortable thing to do so we can enjoy studying, like listen to music, have some snack, studying while doing other thing(watching or somethings like that)
Yes we should find our own study method. Both music and instrumentals are distracting for me, so I use study with me videos without music. It is really interesting for me and I studied for 8 hrs first time in my life😂
