I remember starting to wonder what “the other side” and “the in-between” meant when I had a thought that the afterlife wasn’t called “the other side” because that name is taken (procrastination has made me only see 2 of the tales as of writing) and I feel like this song has helped. Not sure how to describe it but it’s probably something along the lines of “the journey” instead of “death” here, not that I have a complete answer at all.
