thank you. have you ever seen a new clutch start to sound rattling after 15 000 km and stop rattling when y push the clutch pedal down? I have this problem on a Renault Master 2006 (manual 6 gears) driven now 220 000 km. No other sounds on gears when driving and all gears work well.😢😮 We took it all apart again and there seems to be no visual problem in the clutch parts... and we concider opening the gearbox tomorrow.
If the clutch, flywheel and thrust bearing look ok it’s probably the gearbox, diesel gearboxes can rattle ( gear chatter ) at very low rpm but the noise normally goes away when the rpm is lifted
Honestly thank you very much , you convinced me to take it to the mechanic and not try and do it myself . Way to complicate for a guy with not enough tools and no ramp. nope , mechanic it is . lol. jokes aside thanks for the very informative video
I'm doing this job right now, what make and newton metre is your rattle gun, man it took the bolts out easily, I had much more difficulty with my cheap air rattle gun, great video, thanks very much for helping me
@@Scotty66 yes a good one, I'm doing the same flywheel conversion on my 2011 master 111, I can't find any flywheel or pressure plate torque specs, can you help me on that, thanks dave
great video love the fact that its a solid flywheel old school wonder if the pedal is harder
You er best! Thank you for this video!
