THANK YOU!! My video game is waaaay behind. Theres a couple photos of the car with paint on IG (@aerowolfusa)
Must be crazy seeing your products and name on that S13
It's an absolute honor to work with Aaron! His car is one of the coolest, and he's a cooler dude.
brother your channel is great gives me satisfaction, keep it up and you will get very fast to the 1k
Appreciate that! I've got another video nearing the finish line!!
Damn you really made me wanna delete all this shit off my car too
Do it!
What’s your opinion on polyurethane body kits versus fiberglass body kits? by the way just subscribed loving your content man
Thanks for the sub! Functionally the poly kits make a ton of sense - fiberglass is so fragile. There are just more fiberglass options available especially for the S13 chassis. I also like, when possible supporting the company that originated a certain design/product.
I'm in oregon too, what shops do you use? Now that PSI is gone im not sure where to go
For any mechanical work I'm too much of a wuss to do myself I go to SV Performance. Partly just because I live nearby and I've been friends with Scott for a long time. There's a few other great options around town. Brian Hartsock of Hartsock motorsports is a topppppp notch dude. The boys over at Magic City garage are cool too.
what kind of metal did you use for this
Hey dude your vids are amazing!! I’m based out of Seattle myself!! And I’m in the process on building my 240, do you be chance do body work for others? Always willing to pay for quality
THANKS! I'm not offering any body work on the side and frankly even if I wanted too I dont think my work is quite up to snuff anyways.
Is this mig welding?
Also where’d you get your sheet metal from? I’m doing something similar on my s13 except I’m cutting out rusted metal to weld in new metal! This video was very satisfying to watch, great job!
Hello! Yes this is Mig welding. I'm using a Miller 140. Does great for this kind of stuff. The sheet metal is from a place called Metal Supermarkets. Most hardware stores seems to have 16ga which is too thick or 22 which is a bit too thin. I was able to get some 20 ga from the specialty store though.
@@aerowolfusa i was thinking of getting this welder i got like 3 holes in my floor pans i wanna cover up what do u recommend size gauge metal and does the welder already come wirh the wire i need or i have to change it ?
I believe I used 20 gauge steel. Had to special order this. The box stores seem to carry only 16 or 22 which is either too thick or too thin. Also I believe the welder did not come with wire and I had to buy some. BUT I could be wrong there. Overall its a solid little unit! Im happy with it.
