I dont think so normal software engineer in india have that much time to work out on week days except weekends unless you are intern.
As a senior software engineer, I can definitely relate. Balancing work commitments with a regular workout routine can be tough. Some days are more challenging than others, but I make a concerted effort to carve out time for the gym and stay active. It's not always easy, but it's important for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
