The intro to this song is so different than anything Car Bomb has done... and then the song just keeps getting better and better... is this the best song ever written?!?!
This album is the most experimental they've gone IMO. They bring back a lot of the atmospheric elements found on centralia and took it to a whole new level.
We did get hints of it off the beginning of Best Intentions and after that !!!!!! heavy intro on Solid Grey off Centralia. Probably some stuff off that surfing psycho piss wav^vvv^ves album that helped raise money for blacklight posters.
Have you heard the soft quiet part of Cellophane Stilletto? You might love that (and the resulting best technical syncopated rhythm of all time that follows)
can there be music more genius than this ? i mean it's stupid .... they went "ok ... now we show what you can actually do with composition" ... these guys never ends to amaze me .... criminally underrated
Car Bomb remind me of Between the Buried and Me in their prime but for this generation, pushing extreme metal forward while taking influence from softer genres without compromising their cerebral style.
Funny, BTBAM was the band I was obsessed with back in that era from 2007 to 2012. From 2016 to now its been Car Bomb. It definitely takes something original to keep scratching the itch
@@ianhastings3711 Car Bomb didn't release their first album until 2007, and arguably didn't reach their peak of quality until 2016 with Meta (just to clarify, Centralia and w^ are both phenomenal albums, but Meta was really their "Colors", going by the BTBAM analogy)
When he starts doubling up on the bass pedal at like 1:21 - one of my favourite moments on the record. Maybe one of my favourite Car Bomb moments actually. Groovy as fuck.
these guys are clearly doing something way different from the rest of the planet. i have heard other AI-metal, but this shit is other-level. this is aggro-robot-on-crack stuff. they are my electric god.
I admit that I don't know a great deal about the band, apart from the fact that I love them. As a matter of interest, this song echoes some Zen Buddhist philosophy and makes me wonder if any of them have studied it. Great song! The most underrated band on the planet, actually, and metal doesn’t even dominate my listening time nowadays. If you disagree you’re wrong
I wasn't expecting this album to be their best but it seems like it really is.
It will take months to tell if it’s as definitive as Meta, but I’m genuinely impressed how they keep pushing their sound forward
Meta is still my favorite by a longshot on first impression but this album will grow on me for sure, I can tell
@@bb-sw6ur guys meta is a classic.but my fave is still 'W^W^^W^W',and this is so new yet bomb... i donno i think this is my fave now.
it takes a few listens but this album is meta x10
@@drewbru4 i think this is This will do the job In its entirety as composition through the whole album
This album just sounds like a machine that's weighted down, on the verge of collapsing... Fucking amazing.

The band has said that Aphex Twin is one of their main influences, and this sounds very much like something out of Drukqs.
@@neeltheother2342 Drukqs? em? not even close sorry..It sounds a lot similar to Meshuggah last album to me

I'll never forget the first time I heard this song.
This is my first time 😮

album of the year for me. don't think anyone can change my mind.
Still waiting for cattle decap to release theirs, would recommend to check it out if you like dm
Album of the year and their best !!!!!....Fucking incredible and my jesus Fucking christ DAT TONE!!
one of the best metal bands ever existed. for me. not exaggerating
1:10 that downpitched moan reminds me of Half-Life 2, I think the sound of that passing "wee-woo... wee-woo" or some other sound
dam u rite, maybe strider noises?
I believe they borrowed a little from acid bath - the blue" very clutch use and done well.
“Half life” definitely sounds like a car bomb lyric. Man, I just had a CARB bomb for dinner.. New Year’s resolution : fail!
This album went somewhere completely bewildering. Like how are they of this Earth.
That's the thing, they aren't lol

The intro of this song is very similar to a section of Specular Reflection by btbam
You know both bands started in 2000 right? They've both been around for 20 years, btbam just got way more popular.

their apple music bio says they formed in 2002 and started recording in 2004

YES
I used to agree with this, but the singular kick drum in the riff prior is way sicker!!!
That and honestly, the HeLa chorus as really big highlights for this whole record
Them drums at 1:20.... Absolute creamery, wish they kept it going for a few more bars
Car bomb is a on a whole new plane of existence of music
This is the best band I've heard in years! 🤘🤘🍻🍻
Just when I thought Meta couldn't be topped
I needed this in my life right now.
I get it ...me too
on your way outtttt
Holy crap, I'm on studio monitors turned up, and that little vocal snip at like 1:40 was terrifying.
this whole album is an audio ass kicking and I love every second.
Happy anniversary Mordial
Masterpiece
The song that made me purchase the album
I'm in awe
Has anyone else ever noticed the word "good" uttered literally right at the end of the recording of this song?
en español se escucha "muy bien" que loco XD
con la voz de Jordi wild
How does this actually exist
these guys are clearly doing something way different from the rest of the planet. i have heard other AI-metal, but this shit is other-level. this is aggro-robot-on-crack stuff. they are my electric god.
Without a doubt
Why the likes are so low??? It is criminally underrated
underrated? by whom?
Goodness gracious
Thank god not everyone is doing the deathcore heaviest breakdown ever bullshit. I'm in. Thank you for doing metal the way I like.
best album played backwards ever!
on wax
That intro
Very end twisted my face so much. Fucking love it
Que bárbaro!
When the heavy guitars and vocals came in at first it sounded like Spasm by Meshuggah
Opening riff is vanished off destroy erase and improve.
I n t r o ! They really are going for that AotY aren't they? Maniacs
oh my jesus, this sounds like angels making love in my ears.
This album is soooo playful omg
OOF

Concentrate on the endless state of your suffering
Days move on as you run the wheel
In the now never understand the truth
Always lost
This moment is all that’s real
Right now break yourself wide open
Let it all decompress
On your way out you’ll see all of it
You see everything is connected to the same thing
You see everything always the same
Present in the past straight through the looking glass
This is your future
Step by step, day by day
Lost in the fray forever
Concentrate on the endless state of your beginning
Always lost in this moment forever
Gnostics not Buddhist.
holy fuckin shit how is this sooo fuckin good
2:56 - EXCUSE ME?!
I need merch that isn't 'Gildian' quality please
That riff at 3:25. Holy fuck 😍
1:57
killer
Oh shit, what is that at 1:33?
I think they're saying "senescence" which is when a cell has divided too many times and can no longer reproduce.
Lyrics remind me of the continuous monotonous cycle of life. cool
I HAVE NECK DAMAGE.
I'm fucking screaming
intro reminds me of ABCya for some reason. its really sad:(
Bro what time of genre is their chorus? Sorry if noob question. It just sounds kinda like debris 1st song
lvl: MAX
пиздато конечно очень, молодцы парняги
1:32 what did she say ?
Med Kouki senescent
it's the essence ?
Tennessee?
EJ Gonsalves senescence
itz in/an essence
3 people are without soul and ear
This is what my old boss used to threaten people with to get them to pay. Man I hated that guy.
Sheet music?
