Just in case people don't know, that's Tommy O'Haver, an actual noted filmmaker. In 2001, he made "Get Over It" with Kirsten Dunst and Mila Kunis. In 2004, he directed "Ella Enchanted" with Anne Hathaway, and in 2007, he directed "An American Crime" starring Ellen Page, James Franco and Catherine Keener. The guy is no stranger to hanging out with celebrities, which makes his Beck reaction so great.
It's a good thing Tommy let James Corden film his show in his house. Just imagine how pissed off Tommy would've been if he had said no to James, and then later found out that Beck was a guest. It would have been the biggest regret of his life. Now he has a great story that he can tell forever. And the story will get even better if James' show becomes the next big thing.
***** Which is why you should always say yes to things like this. Yes it may be a bit of a pain and it may interrupt what you are up to at the time and you may not be in a good mood but if you say yes, as you said before, you'll have an anecdote for the rest of your life. I always get annoyed when there are TV segments involving the public and there's always one who is standoffish and doesn't want to be involved. You'll miss out if you say no.
Beck is a hero of mine but has that hypnotised Scientology look of someone not really there.....though he must be outside this kind of (fun) carnival.great show,I enjoyed it.
Trisky - Vote Labour May 7th More often than once a year! How about once a month? There are 20 episodes in a month, roughly, so I think we can have one outside the studio each month :)
wolfman8325 Maybe that's just a reflection of yourself that is manifesting itself in your thought pattern. Sure it was a bit awkward but what do you expect from an entirely unscripted show with ordinary members of the public thrown in to a situation where they have to talk to extremely famous people on camera in their own home.
I never been into chat shows to subscribe to but I got addicted to late late show. It's hilarious and James is becoming a natural while showing some vulnerability - it's a winning thing and what a legend Tommy is. I hope they do come back to his every now and again. 👍
Hide and seek was priceless. Tommy was the hardest one to find and he was lying on the floor underneath a backpack. Other people might've thought the episode was silly, but I was cracking up.
It's amazing how comfortable they became while the show was going on. Sometimes you get people who overact to be int he spotlight but it felt like they've been on tv before.
I love Beck he's awkard AF. He's not stoned or high dudes like everything thinks he is all the time, he's just a fascinating guy. To me he doesn't seem high at all, everyone always thinks he's high or tripping hahaha
If any chat show in the UK wants random people to host an episode, I would like to offer my house for "losing shits over Bek Hansen standing in your fucking doorway".
I knew this show had a low budget, but shooting in someone's house, that's a very low budget. Nah, jk. This is actually a great and unique idea for a show :)
Instead of going to different peoples houses, they should keep going back to Tommy's.
James Hesketh why not both!? :D

***** Clearly I don't think that. It's just IF ever it happens, you should do it.
I don't know who's most lost here, Beck or Tommy..😂

I feel like tommy may be a little more than just a fan....
It's amazing how comfortable they became while the show was going on. Sometimes you get people who overact to be int he spotlight but it felt like they've been on tv before.
