I really enjoyed your conversation with Ariana. Old friends are the best...I have a friend that I know for 46 years. we know each other since we were pre teen. I chose this tough career, and she chose to be a mom of 3. I own a business with no kids, she raised kids and now takes care of her elderly mother. She is a millionaire, I still working as hairdresser and over 10 more years to retire..... but no jealousy at all to each other, This is a very nice friendship and I treasure it...
Guy, do you see the change in this industry? clients' demand and expectations change?? I am tired to keep up with this change that I am feeling. I love our industry but I started losing passion....it was great to listening fellow hairdressers stories. Please do this TANG TALK more often.....(By the way, I am a Asian myself, I appreciated that you talked about your experience about being Asian)

I really enjoyed this, I’m sorry you go this Guy, you are such a beautiful man, your heart shines through, and that’s what I find attractive, not only that but showing someone respect, loving unconditionally, and I totally agree treat others how you want to be treated.
I had an awesome hair stylist I went to for a few years, she is gang affiliated, wouldn’t put blue in my hair, but I talked to her about everything that was going on in my life, miscarriages, toxic relationships, she loved me, I went in there the first time, and she asked me what I wanted, I told her I trusted her, do you like colour, yes do what you want, and no matter what she did it always looked amazing, her other clients she told them how I felt, how I trusted her judgement.
I tried to go to hairdressing school, but I got billed so much I was in my early 20’s always wanted to be a hairdresser, I ended up having a mental breakdown, I learnt a lot before that happened, I knew I always wanted to be what we called a colour technician, but I could never go back into the salon unfortunately, so I guess I live your RUclips because I get to watch you, listen to you, I love your music 🫶🫶🫶🫶

Guy🤔 long hair in some cultures represents strength, wealth, power, courage, and nobility and the sign of smartness among men at some point in time… I am 48 and a mother and would never do the mom cut( my hair is passed my butt)… it’s just not like me to have short hair … I feel naked in a sense without my hair… in a weird way it’s my suit of armor…Just be yourself if that means keeping your hair long then so be it…
