  • Blades of Grass Lawn Care is done with Gator Blades on our lawn mowers for the season. We install gator blades in late fall to early spring to mulch the leaves of our lawn care business customers, but today I'm doing the switch to high lift lawn mower blades.

Very, VERY nice and neat workplace and trailer - the latter demonstrating beautifully the advantage of an enclosed trailer. 😎👍
The only thing I would strongly suggest, as they don't appear to have the protective plastic cover, is to either keep the filters in their boxes until needed or place them the other way up on a sheet of clean paper - like that there's the likelyhood of dust or dirt getting into the 'post' filter part and into the engine.

Sorry for the beginners question. I just started a small lawn business and I'm using a 2013 Toro recycler 22 in, I live in Denver Colorado and I was wondering do you not recommend using a mulching blade all season? should I mulch at the beginning of the season and bag in the middle of the season and mulch at the end? The main reason I ask is because I want to make sure I'm doing the job right. Great videos btw, learning a lot.

You've probably figured this out by now, but didn't see an answer explaining why for others to see. A mulch kit makes a HUGE difference on certain mowers. It's much more than just plugging the chute. It adds baffles which helps circulate the clipping much better. With gator blades and a mulch kit in the fall, the leaves will literally just disappear.
