Ya'll I moved fast lol. Dug into a new MLM from a video i covered yesterday! Let's talk about it! I personally think this is a huge new scam. What do you guys think with all of this info? Would you try their collagen?
Oh lord girl I know how you feel with the Bella thing. My name is Skyelor but pronounced Skylar so i think u know who I'm talking about... it makes me want to proclaim "We don't know her here!!" The Skyes and other Skylars//- lers (depending on spelling 😆) don't want our name tainted by a scammer.. grr.
Oh goodness no! I don’t get why the human race thinks that there is a product they have discovered that changes lives. Collagen is a fade. It could help but is there any new supplement that we still use today cause it changed our life? I don’t know if a single one.
Hi. I hope you don't mind me sharing the pronunciation is ASTA-ZAN-THIN. I take this supplement daily along with a few other supplements because I have Crohns/Ulcerative Colitis and my food variety is greatly limited. Thanks for calling this out. It is important.
No, thank you. I watched the zoom with the Bella Grace president, chiropactor, Ashley and Skylar, and co (on Erin Bies and Julie Jo's live) and it was all very quacky and scammy.
No fr, now she’s got experience being at the top of an MLM she can join a new one, get to the top even easier and have a strong hold on her down line. Recruitment is gonna be a breeeze as she’s been doing it for so long already
Yeah, her "alignment" and "energy shifting" she is blabbing about might probably be some big money from this new company in exchange of her and her whole team
The person that was trying to get me signed up for Bella Grace was really aggressive. .. this person has tried every multi-level marketing scam..... Juice Plus to gas bill to timeshares... It's a small town and I think she's lost credibility and nobody's buying it you know.... You can eat quinoa.... A complete amino acid and you will notice your hair and your skin and your liver spots will go away your skin will look nice you will tone up quickly just from being on the quinoa diet. .. I make quinoa tacos.... Salads I put it in my soup.. you know the turkey neck went away.... I started losing weight and my skin looks great .. they call it affiliate marketing.. AKA scam... Multi-level marketing AKA scam... Course the grandfather of them all pyramid pyramid... Scam... I watched a girl and all her affirmations are about money and when they say money is the root to all evil man you could really see it.... She does the the walk and the talk but... She still broke😂
I got really upset when she said “I don’t wanna talk about the past” - effectively shutting down her downline’s avenue of recourse for her making this change without letting them know beforehand
Costco sells collagen too. My sister always get them when they put them on discount!! I agree with you, you can get real good products for half the mlm price. And no hun pestering you to join the mlm.
There really needs to be a class in high school where they actually teach students how to avoid these types of scams. Luckily I’m super sceptical and question everything, but sadly too many people fall for this unfortunately legal highway robbery.
This comment needs more likes!! I guarantee that a large part of the market for these mlms are insecure girls in/fresh out of high-school who want to be independent and "own a business" and are preyed on by companies that appeal to them through the beauty/Skincare products. These poor girls are potentially ruining their financial future just when it's starting!
And of course the real reason why she jumped ship to this new MLM is precisely because it is new. It's a lot easier to build a big team and get all those bonuses if you get in early
The lady got me so excited to find out what the product was….instantly let down! How is it so exciting/life-changing?! Ugh. Good on you for being so quick with this! Love that!
So I came over here right after watching the replay of Erin and JJ’s live where they were able to sneak into the zoom call that Ashley references. The “experts” were laughable, with the “dr” being someone who did not go to medical school and the other people weren’t even memorable, that’s how bad it was. And no, I would not try their collagen. The fake dr’s medical claims were outrageous and if you can’t even get someone legit to back it, why on earth would anyone want to try it?
Gotta say, I'm really over companies saying they have 'over 200 years experience' doing whatever when they've simply added their ages / working years together...
I was literally so confused I was like haven't I seen that tacky 2010's galaxy background recently? and its because she was selling those libido and CBD gummies with her WHOLE CHEST like a month ago!! so wild. Also, I think the "fallacy of authority" is so dangerous. I've been learning about it in my sociology class and it really gets so many people and for good reason! Its super manipulative and alluring.
Every single person we could think of is associated with this product? Neuroscientist? Endocrinologist? Board Certified Medical Doctor? Acrobat? Vet tech? I mean, paint with a broad brush but not everyone needs to be associated with a product and the people who got on the zoom aren’t people with a credibility-enforcing degree or experience. She is a whole trip.
Right!? I'm just a 1st semester nursing student with a BASIC knowledge of physiology and even I can see that such a tiny packet full of these ingredients probably won't do anything lol
@@sadrabbit53 i wouldn't say that necessarily. With documentaries like LuLaRich and public opinion turning on MLMs in recent years, I think pushing legislation at least at the state level is certainly possible.
I wish ! Sadly MLMs especially the huge ones: Herbalife, Mary K, etc. have a HUGE lobbying power in congress. They give money to a lot of congresspeople across the political spectrum so they don’t make legislation that actually helps people. It is truly dystopian in the worst way possible.

(lol) It kills me that there are so many people that still try their hand at this and almost all fail! It's just so grimy, and it's just hard to watch these people! Glad there are channels like yours that shout from the rooftops and expose them! :)
Cat's claw is used in Colombia as an ointment and it's know to help with swelling and pain but nothing crazy, something that your grandma will give you if you are in moderate to low pain. So that price is crazy!!!!
Privileged people really love to say “everything happens for a reason.” It allows them to feel they earned their privilege and others who are disadvantaged deserve their suffering.
I completely disagree, it’s pretty much the opposite. It’s their way to feel better about the fact they are internally unfulfilled and actually very lost.
I just wish we had a video call of when she first joined aryiel.. It seems to me that they always say the same things when they join a new company. And the quiet part is: " I just was not making money anymore and in the new company I will bring my downline and get a cut of their spendings and make a huge sum of money". How can anyone deny oversaturation exists?
I have medical issues causing hair to fall out, skin changing for the worse, joint inflammation, you know, all the things females in their 30s fear. I tried collagen for 6 months, nothing. I told my endo I was doing it and she said not to waste the money. Her OPINION, is that most people that feel have “significant changes”, are people who either experience the placebo effect, started new medications that are really why, or changed their diet at the same time. She explained if women came to her praising it, she told them to keep taking it, and never shared her opinion, because “the mind is a powerful thing”, if people feel better, she isn’t going to rain on her parade.
The collagen thing is soooo hyped. I have an acquaintance from high school who's big in Nu Skin and she posts stuff alllll the time about the collagen, even videos consuming the collagen, and I'm just like ehhhhh. Nu Skin might be another fun MLM to cover at some point. I feel like it's been around a while, but I've not seen many videos on it.
Just to throw in a tidbit about collagen... so the research is lacking and it's still up in the air if it does anything BUT the possibility that it might work still holds even though it gets broken down into amino acids before absorption. The hypothesis is that your body stops producing certain amino acids it needs to build collagen on its own, so introducing that building material is enough for your body to start assembling it on its own again. This is why you can also take collagen building peptides (which are just the separate amino acids) and still potentially see results. Keep in mind though that this research is also still inconclusive so none of this may be true, but i just wanted to point out that collagen breaking down before absorption doesn't necessarily prove that collagen is useless. Get your supplements from a reliable seller and not an MLM ♥️
Correxico is a really great collagen brand (it’s really helped my hair and nails) and it comes out to about $40 a month. Taking collagen helps your skin by thinking the deeper layers to prevent wrinkles, but is definitely not plastic surgery in a bottle. I’m 37 with no wrinkles mainly because of DNA, hydration and sunscreen, not to mention avoiding the sun because I’m a ghost, and I use skincare with retinoids, ceramides and hyaluronic acid. I’m not anti-Botox, but if I need it in the future I’m not averse to the thought of getting just enough to look natural. These huns are either catfishing with filters or have had undisclosed work done.
Yes, someone on my Instagram started promoting this recently. I caught them "getting their dates wrong" about their before and after picture. They said it was a 6 day difference, but they also had a neck tattoo done at the same time period (they're an artist). I noticed the dates of the before picture, and the date of the neck tattoo didn't match up properly, and commented about it. They ended up deleting the before and after post and then updating the "correct" dates.
Thanks for tackling this new mlm scam so quickly!! I agree that mlm hopping seems to be increasing lately. I wonder if it is directly related to the effect of inflation on the industry? Regular businesses can pass some rising costs onto the consumer (yuck but happens) while mlm products are already highly up-charged in a normal market. So in times of financial stress getting people to buy in gets harder and harder? 🤔
I know some of the old ways don’t work but what I am curious about is if the more in person events and meetings are what people want to do to drag others in more. Since it’s easier now to ignore a cold message on Facebook if you get one. Versus if you ask someone to come meet with you and recruit them that way it’s harder for them to get out of it
@@IsabellaLanter I understand! I knew the company before she announced it hahaha! My friend has tried this and said the taste is horrrrrrribbbblllleeeee!
One product MLM for collagen…nice. And why are they so cryptic with what they are going to??? They don’t outright say the company. I hate this so much. It is so deceptive. “I’ll PM you!” 🙄
One of my client started to use random collagen from Amazon. Massive powder jar costs £15. I didn’t know she was taking anything but asked her one time if she had some facial or something cause her skin was so smooth and she said that’s the only new stuff she does to her body. She said she was taken different one before and was no result at all so we wonder what is in this amazon jar cause I heard they sell there a lot of fake stuff etc 😅 but works
If buy from Amazon, go to the company’s Amazon store and purchase there. This helps to avoid fake products. What brand of collagen powder is she using? I started using Vital Proteins collagen capsules about two months ago, and I am not happy with them. They state that it’s a two month supply, yet you have to take 6 capsules twice a day. Last time I checked, 360 divided by two isn’t 30! I don’t want to spend $40/month on a supplement that isn’t even helping me.
Thank you for this video!! Btw, I'm not sure if the point about collagen not working for the skin bc we digest it into amino acids is well founded since thats exactly what happens with the collagen we take for joints - and there's clinical evidence that supplemental collagen helps joints. I think the key is that there's a lot less research focused on the skin itself. Overall I think the idea is that with more collagen amino acids, your body will therefore make more collagen - its not that the collagen will deposit directly into your skin, lol. Ps: astaxanthin is pronounced "ast-a-zanth-an" !
The only reason it's life changing for her is bc she's getting in early on top of the pyramid 🙄 She was really doing the most trying to hype up overpriced mediocre collagen!!!!
You always know it’s an MLM when their preface is super long and feel the need to justify their decision well before a product or company is even mentioned
LOL! They should just build a platform as a micro influencer, get an Amazon storefront, recommend the $20 supplements along with other crap they buy from Amazon and they’d probably make $1600+ from commissions 😂 AND IT WOULD BE LESS WORK THAN THE DANG MLM.
When top leaders (*cough WFABB cough*) jump to another MLM it shows their own personal greed, gullibility, and naivete, but also each company's greed and manipulation.
😂 There's a lot of animal collagen in Jello! 😂 That would seem to be cheaper, or get the precursors in your diet. I love your channel. I know a few people involved with different mlms.
Girl your content has been so 🔥🔥this video is precisely why these individuals have zero credibility. They lie, manipulate, get what they need and jump ship. Wasn’t she the one just talking about how people aren’t successful because they’re lazy?? No babe we just see you and don’t believe a damn thing you have to say 🙄
For some reason, this reminds me of the phone scams in Taiwan that were prevalent in the 2010s. Basically, you would get a random call where the person on the other end would sob and scream, saying "Mom/dad/grandma, come help me." If you happened to have a child and were a mom/dad/grandparent, you would immediately rush to the bank to transfer money to the scammers.
It’s really messed up for these big leaders to know that ppl signed up under them to work with them specifically and once they jump ship that person no longer has that “leadership” they just gotta follow whoever was under them
The funny part if you think about it all it is is a popularity contest. You got the coolest (ones making most) at the top. And all her devout followers stays hooked on their every word.
i feel like the thing i always see these top leaders talking about is "it was meant to be" or like "this opportunity came for a reason" that kind of stuff. just generally a massive amount of faith in why/when they joined
What's funny is that a good friend of mine just became an ambassador for this company and when she did a testimonial on Facebook she never once said the name of the company.
Vultures! In my 20s I was scammed by Mary Kay and Nerium ;( ...also tried to "support" so many friends in other MLMs...lost thousands..never again!!! So messed up
This product scares me. I have a auto-immune disease called Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. Basically I don't have collagen and collagen is the glue that holds the body together. This scares me because of the chance that if a hun meets someone with EDS, they might tell her that this crap can help her with the EDS. Will never happen because it's the wrong kind of collagen. I could easily see these people taking advantage of EDS peeps and it's not ok. :}
These people shouldn't be allowed to say "Research has shown that this product can XYZ" unless they have tested their supplement and proved that their formula does in fact do all those things. They piggyback research studies of the components they put in their products but I doubt they have those ingredients at the therapeutic levels needed to elicit those benefits. They probably put the bare minimum of that particular ingredient in the product so they can legally feature it on the list of ingredients but it has no where near the level needed to do anything. To me this fits the label of false advertisment and shouldnt be allowed, and if they want to say it can still achieve those benefits then they need to do their own studies to prove that.
Love this! I'd probably pass on the Vital Collagen, though. I've tried it and didn't feel any different. :< I have some tablets instead that my mom split with me. I wish I knew what the brand was, though, because they work much better!
this is petty of me but i think something that bothers me the most about the top leaders is they take forever to get to the point. its a bunch of floaty positive talk about energies and souls and its like JUST TELL ME WHAT YOU NEED TO TELL ME
hooray, a new vid ^^ I enjoy the kind of content I can listen to in the background but that is also interesting enough that I can tab over and give it my full attention. and of course, listening to someone debunk this BS is always good. I'll never get people's obsession with looking young and smooth. I kind of feel bad for what must be a bad relationship with body and expectation and maybe even dysmorphia. :( but also, spreading the idea to others is horrible of them. + I notice how they are extremely vague about "joint benefits" - ok, maybe it helps in some instances. But not all. I have a HSD (my joints are loose + that causes a whole slew of nasty side effects) and I wish for some kind of miracle cure... I can see people who are undiagnosed or not properly educated on their diagnosis might jump at a product like this because it doesn't specify what joint problems it will help with.
I think they intended on using devils claw or confused the two because devils claw does come combined with many collagen supplements for additional inflammation reduction and pain relief. I work at an organic health foods store and you can definitely get liquid collagen that’s organic and non gmo that’s not this insane price. I see people everyday who pay $100 for turmeric at a fancy online store when you can get the same quality product for $15.
I take 1/4 oz of bovine collagen daily and the most noticeable thing is that my finger nails are tough lol I know that it also helps bones and joints, which is great for an older lady like myself. It only costs me $25 a month, though!!!
I feel like people who are getting involved with this know how these schemes work and know if they get to start at the top then they can make good money even though they know they are scamming others
How much do you want to bet she was approached by the company to bring her following. She was given a crazy good deal she won’t pass on to her downline.
Yeah… she’s saying a lot of nothing. I think the fact that she’s hopping so quickly proves that she fully understands how the pyramid system works…. Which means she’s ok with the unethical nature of this business model 😞
These mlms are in Facebook groups where people desperately need to make gaurteed money. They are now on sires like indeed & career builder. This is so sad.
I knew the supplement was going to be collagen before you even said what it was. These MLMs are so predictable. I love collagen I notice a big difference in my hair skin and nails but I buy a brand that only costs $20 and it lasts me 2-3 months.
exactly. im waiting for them to bring back the idea, that Bella Grace is for people sick of mlms. I think, the exact phrase they used is "mlm-ptsd". When, from the outside, one of the most traumatising part of being in an mlm is your upline blindsiding you with their leaving. 😕

@@IsabellaLanter I think it's absolutely om purpose. And these mlms are taking notes from ScAmway
Website: "targets every age group"
Hun: "they have only one product"
🎉You were fast covering this one!🎉
😂 I got super interested in this new MLM lolllll! I was readyyyy
@@IsabellaLanter I understand! I knew the company before she announced it hahaha! My friend has tried this and said the taste is horrrrrrribbbblllleeeee!
@@nikki_justine oh my god I didn’t even think about that! 😂😂 lol
I watched their zoom meeting live on Erin and JJ's. It did NOT blow my mind w all their expert explanation of their "amazing product". 😐
I can't believe people actually follow along when these people switch. It's an obvious act.
My name is ella grace and I take full offense to this company
“Everything happens for a reason” - including being part of a pyramid scheme, scamming people, and so on 😂
🤭
I love how people who remember what she said previously are haters 🤣
My hope is that an increase in hopping means an increase in MLMs failing to bring in more unsuspecting victims
The only reason it's life changing for her is bc she's getting in early on top of the pyramid 🙄 She was really doing the most trying to hype up overpriced mediocre collagen!!!!
oh heavens- just drink your water, eat well, move, and wear sunscreen. o.o
And embrace aging
Exactly! It's not rocket science.
Im so glad you ALSO HEARD THE WII MUSIC IT MADE ME LOSE IT TOO
Sometimes the lesson presents itself over and over until the student finally learns it
great coverage!! i hate all that they're getting in on the collagen craze
LOL 🤣🤣🤣 "I want to rip out my own brain cells!" 🤣🤣🤣
I just got to that part 🤣
You always know it’s an MLM when their preface is super long and feel the need to justify their decision well before a product or company is even mentioned
Thank You for Saving Me with Your Information…I almost bought into this, but so glad I didn’t.
This information is Essential 👍🏻
LOL! They should just build a platform as a micro influencer, get an Amazon storefront, recommend the $20 supplements along with other crap they buy from Amazon and they’d probably make $1600+ from commissions 😂 AND IT WOULD BE LESS WORK THAN THE DANG MLM.
3:30 I feel like this lady is trying to be the new BossLee… their speech and the way they treat their down line is so similar
As a rape survivor it makes me puke when people say "EvErYthInG HaPpeNs FoR a ReAsOn"... 6 years on I'm still trying to find the positives..
Hey hey! Listening while I organize my pantry. Thanks for the video! 😊
Loved the ingredient breakdown! In case it ever comes up again, astaxanthin is pronounced ass-tuh-ZAN-thin.
Thank you lolll. I was fighting for my life trying to pronounce that word lolll
And there's another aquatic carotenoid called fucoxanthin. You can't make this stuff up. (It's pronounced few-co-zanthin, but still.)
Useless fact: I'm familiar with the name because it's used in shrimp and fish food supplements for better colors, lol.
@@olirikable Very fun fact!
But wait, I thought the other company was the best thing ever. What happen Karen?
Collagen?! Really. I like a scam that gotta bit of spice to it and this ain't it.
I JUST CACKLED SO LOUD 😂😂 a little spice lmfaoooo. Literally like atleast make this interesting
Imagine me going to a zoom where I have NO CLUE what’s going to happen when my own job can’t convince me to go and they actually let us clock in
For some reason, this reminds me of the phone scams in Taiwan that were prevalent in the 2010s. Basically, you would get a random call where the person on the other end would sob and scream, saying "Mom/dad/grandma, come help me." If you happened to have a child and were a mom/dad/grandparent, you would immediately rush to the bank to transfer money to the scammers.
We have a similar scam going around Canada right now mostly affecting seniors
@@NightcrawlerofR woah!! I wonder if they are the same group of people that were pestering us here
It’s really messed up for these big leaders to know that ppl signed up under them to work with them specifically and once they jump ship that person no longer has that “leadership” they just gotta follow whoever was under them
I don’t want to say the name of the company because of nosy Nancy’s.
Isabella: bet. 😂
The funny part if you think about it all it is is a popularity contest. You got the coolest (ones making most) at the top. And all her devout followers stays hooked on their every word.
11:22 me: is it a weight loss pill ?
12:20 me: is it a gold plated necklace ?
i feel like the thing i always see these top leaders talking about is "it was meant to be" or like "this opportunity came for a reason" that kind of stuff. just generally a massive amount of faith in why/when they joined
We all think the logo is way too phallic looking, right?
What's funny is that a good friend of mine just became an ambassador for this company and when she did a testimonial on Facebook she never once said the name of the company.
Vultures! In my 20s I was scammed by Mary Kay and Nerium ;( ...also tried to "support" so many friends in other MLMs...lost thousands..never again!!! So messed up
the Wii sports music was perfectly timed
Oh so you are getting in early! Nice job Ashley
This product scares me. I have a auto-immune disease called Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. Basically I don't have collagen and collagen is the glue that holds the body together. This scares me because of the chance that if a hun meets someone with EDS, they might tell her that this crap can help her with the EDS. Will never happen because it's the wrong kind of collagen. I could easily see these people taking advantage of EDS peeps and it's not ok. :}
Just ordered my Petty with a Purpose hoodie!!! sooooo stoked!
I thought collagen supplements helped with hair/skin/nails/joint health etc. These people are talking about mental clarity?? 😵💫🚫
this is petty of me but i think something that bothers me the most about the top leaders is they take forever to get to the point. its a bunch of floaty positive talk about energies and souls and its like JUST TELL ME WHAT YOU NEED TO TELL ME
I really enjoy your videos! I am being educated and find it very interesting.😀😀
hooray, a new vid ^^ I enjoy the kind of content I can listen to in the background but that is also interesting enough that I can tab over and give it my full attention. and of course, listening to someone debunk this BS is always good.
"It's a company two years in the making." My workplace is approaching 80 years from official establishment. Why is two years impressive?
I can never hear the expressions “pour into” and “ all of the things” without cringing
I heard the wii music right before Isabella mentioned it and thought I was going bonkers 🤣
The wii music was so good lmao! Those "after pics" look edited af.
She knows an awful lot about this “forever life changing” company that she has been with for like 5 minutes.
can't contain my eyerolls on this one
These mlms are in Facebook groups where people desperately need to make gaurteed money. They are now on sires like indeed & career builder. This is so sad.
I knew the supplement was going to be collagen before you even said what it was. These MLMs are so predictable. I love collagen I notice a big difference in my hair skin and nails but I buy a brand that only costs $20 and it lasts me 2-3 months.
Not all hero’s wear capes. Nice job!
It’s probably a lot of work but it would be interesting to juxtapose this video with her first video in Aryel … she probably says a lot of the same
exactly. im waiting for them to bring back the idea, that Bella Grace is for people sick of mlms. I think, the exact phrase they used is "mlm-ptsd".
When, from the outside, one of the most traumatising part of being in an mlm is your upline blindsiding you with their leaving.
😕
