Factor in refunds for washers that break down (IF the owner chooses to run their business honestly, that is--some unscrupulous ones actually “makes money” by knowingly keeping malfunctioning machines available to unknowing customers and pretty much steals from the lucky ones), which could be a lot if starting out with old, unmaintained machines. 24-Hour stores are very rare for very good reasons. Homeless folks, runaway kids, drunks, street walkers, et al. are smart and often use 24-Hour laundromats as a temporary living room and even as a free AirBnB. Really doubt that people working at any business nearby that’s open 24-hours would have the energy or attention to serve as “free security” for someone else laundromat business, especially not leaving their own store to confront drunks and other people who hang out in the dead of night. I have multiple laundromats and I bought Danny’s DVD after getting into the business just to see what he had to say. Lots of good info in the DVD, however it’s not “FREE”. Although it is a great way to approach acquiring a laundromat..you still have to borrow ton of money from the bank to put all of the equipment in and remodel, and good luck getting that financed 100% if you are brand new to the business. Most equipment finance companies will require 20% down if you are a new owner. Also, you won’t have much negotiating leverage with a landlord if you’ve never owned a laundry before. They had a bad experience already with the current tenant, so why would they want to take the risk on a person new to the business and kick the existing tenant out? There is also the issue of inventory at least where I am located in So Cal. In some cases you would need to get these “free” mats 50 miles from your house and that just doesn’t make sense to me.

Im saving up enough money to open a business by the time im hopefully 25. I wanna open a car wash or something. It just seems so hard when you have no help and nobody to hand you a loan.
How's the dream coming along? Btw you living at home so it seems to me you have some help and in ways a free handout. Hi. I’m a recent college grad in business admin. I’m inspired about your knowledge on the laundrymat business. I was just wondering if you could be a mentor or just give me tips to start the business.
I think his course is reasonably priced and easy to follow if you can find a lease. I like cash business. Building a laundry mat from the ground up is just too expensive.
I was thinking about getting into this. I live in a city that's pretty much laundromat central (Los Angeles, CA). There's an old, gutted building a few blocks away from me in the next city (Inglewood is simply a hop, skip & jump from my neighborhood in LA) that used to be a laundromat that I want to bring back for the people on that block
@@jovanyjuarez7772 Sadly, nope. Still fenced up. Speaking of which, another laundromat here in LA closed up shop, which sucks because it was the only one in South Central with a Street Fighter II machine (my favorite game). Maybe if I had the opportunity, then I'd bring it back since it's a high-traffic area; it sits a block away from the 110 Freeway, across from a gas station, and is surrounded by food spots if anybody wants to grab a bite to eat
What would i do hm.. Well im a tattoo artist.... i have made 1,800$ in 18 hours of tattooing.. i would open a shop... which would in turn increase my prices... the shop also serves as a self promotional thing just being in the eye of the public.. which also would allow me to sell multiple things instead of just one(tattoos) ... aka pierces.. jewelry.. t shirts... machines... hats etc.... ... after a certain amount of time and profit i wanna open a car wash/Detailing shop.... .. i want a laundromat as well.. but i will let my wife handle that.. but .. it sucks when u have no savings... help.. family... maybe one day ill be successful and have the 3 businesses i just spoke about until then.. I will just keep dreaming
All he got was some people wanting to buy that dumb video and that's really the point. He hasn't show proof of anything. All you have to do in a RUclips video and to make something sound real is get some friends and family member together posting on your page they are going to buy the video and how great this is and wham, there you go. People are doing exactly what you wanted them to do. He claims he is not getting paid.........whatever.
How can you sell something that's not yours? He said you would be under a lease and how could you sell a franchise when it may be different owners? And even if the same owner owned a franchise and let you lease them all their still not yours to sell your leasing.
Free lease? Free machines? Free business insurance? Free Tax ID? I don't have to be there? No calls in the middle of the night that someone lost their money? No theft or vandalism? Machines that last without maintenance? Sign me up.
Malothe1 If it was only that EASY... lol. In the real word, things don't always go as you planned... and be FREE. At some point, something GOTTA GIVE. lol... All Tommy here doing is trying to generate RUclips money for himself. lol...
Just cause it looks poorly maintained doesn't mean they're behind on rent. Most business owners would rather keep the lights on & the rent paid before buying new machines, especially if the needed repairs aren't stopping any business but 🤝🏽 love your channel King, not saying it's impossible, just giving my input. Thanks for the spreading knowledge 💯

I didn't know any of this. Very informational. I am the leader of a sneaker reselling team. Although it is profitable it is very time consuming. Currently searching for a form of passive income. Not 100% sure that this is it, but I lovr the content and hope to colllab with you and or other like minded accounting/ business people on how to get started with passive income. As well as tips and tricks on how to build my own business
Thanks appreciate the info hope you have a follow up with Launbromat
Hi. I’m a recent college grad in business admin. I’m inspired about your knowledge on the laundrymat business. I was just wondering if you could be a mentor or just give me tips to start the business.
Love the vids bro
Thanks bro, any ideas just let me know
Here in Louisiana, coin operated machines are tax free !
Great information! I’m going to do more research.
I think his course is reasonably priced and easy to follow if you can find a lease. I like cash business. Building a laundry mat from the ground up is just too expensive.
Just subscribed. Really like your channel. Salute bro. 🙏🏻
Ayeee thanks bro 😎 any ideas for future videos just let me know
I feel wack but I’m first lmao it does not matter , but thanx for the knowledge bro
Ayeee thanks bro, any ideas send them over 😎
TommyBryson I think a testimony video would be good like what was your low point that pushed u or what were the challenges of your first businesses
Great idea bro
Son you're very Intelligent, Congrats,I am almost sixty years old,And I only wish I could make some extra

Where is 1k a month good money?
I was thinking about getting into this. I live in a city that's pretty much laundromat central (Los Angeles, CA). There's an old, gutted building a few blocks away from me in the next city (Inglewood is simply a hop, skip & jump from my neighborhood in LA) that used to be a laundromat that I want to bring back for the people on that block
Have you bought it already?
@@jovanyjuarez7772 Sadly, nope. Still fenced up. Speaking of which, another laundromat here in LA closed up shop, which sucks because it was the only one in South Central with a Street Fighter II machine (my favorite game). Maybe if I had the opportunity, then I'd bring it back since it's a high-traffic area; it sits a block away from the 110 Freeway, across from a gas station, and is surrounded by food spots if anybody wants to grab a bite to eat
Omg I love your channel and voice
I’d probably buy a few vending machines to put in there
You are on a roll bruh! The information you put out here daily is strong!
Thanks brother and couldnt have done it without the course 😎
Hey how do I search for these types of laundromats and reach out to the landowner to negotiate lease?
7:15 is where the video starts
I appreciate the game bro you special my G
Thanks bro 😎 any questions just let me know
What would i do hm..
Video starts at 7:00

From my understanding you need at least 50 people working for you to provide health insurance, so if you hire 1-5 around the clock you should be good
Theirs different ways to employ people you can have 1000 people working on 1099 and not be responsible for health care
Definitely enjoyed your video. Thank you!
Love the video
Ayeee thank you
Is the money flow enough to cover the rent and have enough profit?
Did you get a laundry mat yet? Just wondering
I didn't know this was possible but I think the laundry in my neighborhood does this
Yup 😎
Glad I read the comments first so I knew to fast forward to the 6 min mark 🤣💯
Lmao i watched thru it
You did a great video dawg great commentary. Very informative and I appreciate it. Thanks a lot
Great video so informative!
I did not know. This is amazing information.
Glad this helped
I don't get the employee working as a partner and customer part.
Me either; can you explain this better @TommyBryson
If I had a dime for every time he says “by the way”... 🤣🤣🤣
Lol 😂 super rich
So when you take over a lease on the space it comes with all the equipment ?
The video actually starts at 2:50. Don't even waste time watching the first 3 minutes.
Shorten the intro bro. Waited over 3 minutes for info on anything
Thanks brother and I can tell you’re more experienced with businesses. And remember the key is to make sure even the beginners can understand
building isn't hard. it just a lot of work. I've learn how to install repair and replace washer and dryers as a kid, kinda easy
What about locations that don’t have existing laundromats and you’re forced to build?
How can you sell something that's not yours? He said you would be under a lease and how could you sell a franchise when it may be different owners? And even if the same owner owned a franchise and let you lease them all their still not yours to sell your leasing.
I love when you make these videos looking forward to more of these in the future keep up the good work
Ayee thanks, send over some ideas😎
Good shit my man
Thanks brother
I love this guy 👍
If your purchasing them what the cheapest or best prices to look for and where bro? (Washers and dryers)
Exactly
Very good. There’s one near my house next to a seven eleven that could b great business. it’s been closed up for years
Do you think you can do this with a restaurant?
Skip to 5:00 min. You won’t miss anything.
Thank you Tommy Boy!!
Bryson, you’re the real mvp!!!
Ayeee thanks bro, and any ideas send them over 😎✅

If it was only that EASY... lol. In the real word, things don't always go as you planned... and be FREE. At some point, something GOTTA GIVE. lol... All Tommy here doing is trying to generate RUclips money for himself. lol...
@@1USAUSA Agreed Free Lol.
how do you prove to the landowner that you will pay them without being late? or is that part of the 6 months grace period?
What about a dry cleaner? I’m in south jersey and found one for 50k
You should have him on the show.
Great idea 💡
Great video very informative.
😎
Just cause it looks poorly maintained doesn't mean they're behind on rent. Most business owners would rather keep the lights on & the rent paid before buying new machines, especially if the needed repairs aren't stopping any business but 🤝🏽 love your channel King, not saying it's impossible, just giving my input. Thanks for the spreading knowledge 💯
Hi I’m Cedric gray I’m 23 years old I’m very interested in start my own coin laundromat business!!! I’m looking for first hand guidance on how to start it such as money wise the whole 9 yards . Is this link something I should look into?
